I’m not sure where to leave my review to be seen so here it goes. This is the 4th time my bus took a detour and didn't come to my stop! Every time I’ve called it’s the same ridiculously rude woman arguing me down. I got to my stop 7 minutes early today just so I wouldn’t miss it. Stood out there for 12 minutes in the heat before calling just to be dismissed and disrespected. If you’re gonna work in a customer service field treat people with the same amount of respect that you would want to be treated. This happened AGAIN today just so y’all know who I am! I honestly hope whoever is in that woman is and whoever is in management letting her treat customers like this gets replaced and fast.
