Austin Boswell here. Came in for service on my radio Thursday and the guys were awesome. Tom, the new service writer, was learning the system and stayed patient throughout his mistakes. I’m a patient person and fully understanding. Great conversations and came to find out we’re nearly neighbors. Jarrett, the salesperson, had a great attitude and put great energy into his conversations. He saw I was there for multiple hours and when I stepped out he asked if there was anything I’d like to drive. I got to drive my dream car that day thanks to him. When I get my balance on my 330 down more I’ll be coming to see you my guy. Overall, what you’d think would be a boring day turned great. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Especially, Jarrett and tom. Thanks for the exceptional customer service and I hope to see you guys around, I’ll buy ya a beer. Whoever is in control of reviews, make sure these 2 guys see this. Very pleased with my service experience at Athens BMW. They did my brake pads. If you own a BMW, I advise checking with them. Their price was $800 less than a price quoted from a local car mechanic. They also sent a video of my car on the rack pointing out in great detail other concerns that I should address. I definitely was pleased with my service! Awesome, professional and fairly priced!

Had a split sidewall on a run flat tire from a bad highway pothole. Was out of town. Didn't even purchase my 640i from Athens BMW but they treated me like a king, squeezed me in late on a Friday to get me back on the road, and did it all with a truly great, helpful attitude. If I lived around Athens I would be their customer for sure. Just excellent in every way.

I made an appointment for routine service (oil change and brake fluid flush and fill) on a Friday afternoon for the following Monday morning. Dropped off my car at 11:00am per my appointment. I planned to pick up the car the next day as I had some other business out of town. Received a video mid-afternoon from the service tech working on my vehicle showing my car up on the lift, explaining the condition of the parts he encountered while preforming the work, and his progress and projected completion tiime that afternoon. That was the first time I’d ever had that done at a dealership, and I found it reassuring to actually see the work in progress and hear directly from the gentleman doing the work. Very cool. Car was ready that afternoon, although I’d already made arrangements to pick it up the next day. Everything about the experience, drop off through pick up, was seamless and easy. No surprises. Very professional throughout. A very positive experience.

Arrived a bit early for my 9:30 appointment for annual service and was promptly attended to. I was given a great loaner car and my car was washed and ready by 1. During the service, I received a video text from the technician detailing the inspection of my car and recommended service. I was very pleased with the service I received at Athens BMW.

This was probably my 3rd time leaving my car with them. The service manager is fairly pompous and rude. I had scheduled a 7AM early bird drop off and he could not believe I wanted to just go along with what I scheduled and drop the car. He was simply rude. Asked me when I needed the car done (brake pads and rotors) and I said lunch time? He said sure. At 2pm I called and it was not ready. I asked about why I made a 7am appointment and they said that was only to drop off. Really? They had the car until 5pm and I had to get it the next day. Historically, they have forgotten to plug in the battery correctly twice and caused the car to stall.

I sat in the dealership until my car was completed! I am impressed how they worked with me semi-interactively. Prior to completing work I was sent a video of car’s condition. I am not preparing to have issues identified, resolved. Also, Mr. Brian Wilson was instrumental in remotely sending still photos of an engine issue. Well done

Recently received a recall that needed to be fixed. Athens BMW was recommended to me as a great place to make an appointment. I called spoke with a sweet helpful lady named Beth and got an appointment right away. Ken the service adviser helped me, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and got my car fixed and ready to go, also gave my 2013 X3 a great car wash.!
