Josh did excellent work - and really went to bat for us with the insurance company! There was damage they didn't initially identify, and we would have probably given up arguing out of exhaustion. Thanks to Josh, ALL the damage was fixed - he took took on the insurance, then took care of all the repairs. Would give more than 5 stars if possible.
