I got a quote from Athena Air to replace my HVAC system on the recommendation of my neighbor who used their service. The upfront quote I received was a front runner for both price and quality with commendations from my neighbor for exceptional service where he never felt pressure to replace his system if it could be repaired. The ONLY reason I did not go with Athena was that another company was doing a special offering free attic insulation at the time for a price that came close (my house hasn't been insulated since the 1970s) but I still wanted to take the time to leave a review to let people know that the prices are definitely competitive for great service!

My home was just retrofitted with three new Trane heat pumps using Athena Air as the service contractor. I called Athena Air specifically due to a number of recommendations I had been given by friends I trust. They accessed my eighteen year old HVAC mechanical system, then several options were given considering the age and performance of my heat pumps. We decided to go with the complete replacement of all three air handlers and heat pumps. It took one Day ! It's as if I'm in a New Home as far as the comfort and convenience offered with a New System. We highly recommend Athena Air, whether it is for a large project or a simple solution. Athena Air came to our rescue on three separate occasions -- twice on the weekend, because of course that's when the AC breaks down in the middle of summer (!!) -- and each time they have gone above and beyond in their quality of service. Their pricing is incredibly fair and their customer service is top notch. It's so refreshing to have a trustworthy company who sincerely looks out for their customers.

Price was more than others, 10.000 $ less than the big 3 , however the install required more engineering than the lower cost HVAC group didn't include in the quote, Athena Air did a great job with install and workers keep my Home clean. I recommend them highly they did a great job at a reasonable cost all in all excellent service and install.

Wonderful experience with Athena Air! My HVAC unit started leaking and caused water to come through the living room ceiling. I had a contract with another company but they said they could not come out until the next afternoon! I was extremely upset. Nicolas at Athena was recommended to me and I called him right away. He was able to diagnose the problem causing the leak , fix it, and warned me about a few other problems the other company didn't even catch. I aksed for a quote to move some of the outside equipment and he gave me a very reasonable price for that, and also for a yearly contract, which I will be doing as soon as the one with the other company runs out. They are coming back soon to do the additional needed work. I am so happy to have someone trustworthy that I can count on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fantastic experience. Nicholas responded very quickly (on a weekend) and arranged a service call around my schedule. Jeff, the technician was great - on time, knowledgeable, walked me through the problems, fixed everything and asked before performing potentially expensive services. We are used to being stood-up and ignored by many services - this was a very pleasant exception. They have a customer for life now.

Highly recommended. super reliable, skilled and honest. I have used Athena air to repair multiple existing systems and replace 3 entire HVAC systems with high efficiency heat pumps plus a super efficient mini split. Nicolas even helped with the paperwork for GA power rebates. I am a landlord and homeowner of over 30 years & Athena Air is by far my favorite and most recommended HVAC company.
