We first hired Around Town Cleaning to clean our house after moving out and again after construction to prepare the house for the market. They showed up on time. 24 hour confirmation with arrival time, not just a window. Easy payment. Did a great job cleaning our apartment for move out. 4 pets equals a lot of pet hair and you would hardly know there were 4 animals in this apartment. Friendly cleaners and hardworking. I have used Around Town Cleaning for maybe close to 2 years (?). The best I ever had. The cleaning person would ask what you wanted done, and they would do it. I have never been disappointed with the service I have received. If you have a conflict with your schedule, they will work with you for another time that will suit your schedule.

Received fantastic service from Jasmine, who unfortunately is no longer with the company. My home was immaculate and the cost-benefit itself was amazing. There were quite a few times I received day before and same day requests to move my appointment time, which ultimately led to re-working my schedule around them to stay out of the way. It was inconvenient but worth it for sure for how great the service was. However, since she's left I was swapped to a new cleaner, and the experience shifted. Came home to lights left on after being out of town, black staining all over my hardwood entryway that weren't there before, countertop in many places the same or worse than I left it. Most confusing of all, the bed was made up without linens, instead of just a text or call asking where things were. They did offer to come and make it right, but due to the rapid decline in service, I was unwilling to permit them back in my home. I spent more time re-cleaning the mess than cleaning it would have originally taken. They are challenging to get a hold of over the phone, but are responsive to text at the same number, which works great for some people. I dropped them to two stars because they offered a refund that never came and no longer respond to my contact attempts about it.
