AmeriTech was quick to respond & extremely flexible with setting up a time for service. I appreciated the option of texting to arrange for time & they provided updates on when they would arrive rather than give me a broad range of wait time. The prices were very reasonable & they provided me with tips on preventive measures to take with other appliances in my home. Recommend 100%! Called four different appliance repair companies to compare quotes for replacing my heating coil and got the same estimates all around or above 220$. Not only did Ameri-tech fix my dryer in a timely manner, my total came out to be 189$! 5+ stars!!!

We purchased a used laundry center for a really good price and wanted to get it checked out to be sure all the belts and parts were working well. We also were confused about why the dryer was drying unevenly and why the washer lid lock would get "stuck." Jared came out and checked everything out, congratulated us on our good deal, and gave us tips for getting the best life and efficiency out of the washer and dryer. Apparently the lid takes about 10 minutes to unlock by itself, so it was good to know that because we did not get a manual with it. And there we thought it was broken. We also had put the dryer vent on wrong and he fixed it. He was thorough and professional.
