I recently had a complete HVAC replacement done by American Comfort, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive and detail-oriented. Mr. Lewis helped me to select the right system for my Atlanta home without any pressure. American Comfort made sure everything was done to code with proper permit, zoning and surge protection. Mr. Reed and his colleague did most of the heavy lifting — they removed the old system and installed the new one with excellent quality workmanship. Before leaving late in the evening, they made sure we had air in the house. The crew worked efficiently, kept the job site clean and explained how everything works. Mr. Lawrence handled the final tweaking of the system before today's inspection and he was excellent - very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend American Comfort to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement. They truly stand by their work and deliver excellent value, quality and service. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t be happier with the service. My HVAC randomly went out on me, and they were able to get a technician out to Buckhead for me in a timely way, and Jon was awesome. He was friendly and made it really easy for me to understand what was going on, even though I’m a noob with this stuff. He went above and beyond checking my humidity levels and investigating all my vents and even attempted to climb my wall like spider man at one point to make it all work out. I felt like he was personally invested in making sure everything was operating correctly before he left. Big thanks!

Called American Comfort for a second opinion and I’m glad I did. Lewis listened carefully to my situation and assessed the problem. He immediately talked me through a plan of action and quickly set up an appointment. Kyle did a battery of tests, found the underlying problem, and ordered new coils under the manufacture warranty. He was persistent and key in finding the leak - very impressive! This team is the real deal. They’re extremely knowledgeable and they care to do the right thing. My repair technician, Akeem, was terrific. He is well trained and was able to swiftly and seamlessly run a variety of diagnostics using the built-in computer in our compressor — the same compressor that we were told needed to be replaced. It passed all tests and is working optimally. Akeem answered all of my questions and gave great advice. I’m confident that a maintenance agreement is the way to go with this crew. I’m in.

Fantastic company. They’ve been servicing my AC for years and have helped it last way longer than expected. The tech, Thomas, who came out the last time figured out it was finally time to replace it and swiftly set us up with Lewis who helped us find the right unit for a great price. The new unit is super efficient (bill already dropped 50 dollars even though it was a hotter month) and the house is more comfortable. Very reasonable prices, super nice people. Easy and fast service. Support local!

I had the best experience with American Comfort. The original technician Kyle walked me through the problem and provided me several options. He was very knowledgeable of the equipment and recent changes to the industry that affected the equipment and warranties. Once we determined we needed a replacement unit Lewis was very helpful in coordinating and getting us on schedule. Finally Ryan and Damon came out to install the new equipment and were very professional and quiet and I barely knew they were here. They then walked me through the changes and what they had done. I highly recommend American Comfort.

Remington came to clean my condenser and do some general repair to my unit today. They did an excellent job and we now have cool air at a decent flow rate. I would recommend this company( American Comfort )and Remington.

Had a few communication errors at the beginning, but once we finally got Remington and Marcus on the books, they came and repaired our AC within an hour. This is the best it’s ever worked. The air is also cleaner and I’m sneezing a lot less than I usually do thanks to the filtering system they added on. Remington even called to make sure things were still running smoothly days after. Great work and great customer service in the end.

I appreciate Remington and his knowledge in his field and his communication and coordination. He did a good job getting my air back up and running. John also did a good job on the last visit putting everything back together and appreciate his work also. The only casualty was my ceiling fan but could’ve been worst. Happy enough to ask them for other services.
