After experiencing damage to our roof from hail, Greg came by to see if we needed help with our roof. Greg was very polite, very professional, and it became clear to us that he knew the roofing business very well. Not only that, he was easy to talk with, very helpful to help us understand what had happened to our roof, how it had been impacted by the hail, and the steps needed to get the end result we needed. Greg and his partner Grant did a thorough examination of our roof, and carefully made notes in order to file a claim with our insurance company. The claim was finally approved, but only with the diligent efforts of Greg. We are forever thankful for their efforts, and due to them, our home not only looks great from their work, but is now much better equipped to take us in to the future.

From the initial meeting with Keaton, I was impressed. Further meeting his father Greg cemented our relationship. Once the decision was made to replace my roof, everything went smoothly. When work day came, the crew showed up at the Crack of dawn fully prepared. They covered my plants with tarps, asked appropriate questions and went to work!! They were efficient, professional and quick not hasty doing all that Greg and Keaton had promised. The crew cleaned up everything, removed all debris (not one plant was damaged) and aferward I found only ONE nail!!! My roof is amazing and my neighbors have admired it and asked who did it... I think at least one is going to have theirs done. I am so pleased and proud of my gorgeous roof and I cannot speak highly enough of this company and the business and personal relationship we have. We had an older roof with a number of weather damaged components. Greg and his team were able to document, photograph, and quickly provide estimates to our roof company. Our insurance company originally accessed a small area of damage but agreed with the reassessment when more age/damage was discovered by Allsure. We appreciate the level of detail provided to ensure a full roof was replaced via our insurance rather than an partial area that would need additional replacement down the line.

Greg and his associates at Allsure have been absolutely phenomenal to deal with. We had hail damage from a recent storm and Greg worked with me through every step of the process of filing a claim with my insurance company and went to bat for me fighting for them to be inspect the roof after the first adjuster denied the claim.
