Some 6+ months ago they cane to do a duct cleaning service and maintenance in my A/C unit. The maintenance alone ended up being a $400+ repair in the end, as things started to be “found” and eventually escalated into that large cost. Today, the dryer where they provided the duct cleaning service started spouting out some fuzz behind it, once I checked, I noticed they used tape to attempt to secure the flexible ducting to the vent piping that leads outside, the tape had come off and all this time fuzz was accumulating behind the dryer. I personally work for a Service-providing company and I would be embarrassed to have this kind of service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS.

Justin was amazing. I came home from work to an ac unit that wasn’t working, after 5pm and right before the weekend. We called another company who couldn’t come out until Monday. Called air master and was in touch with Justin in less than 10 minutes. He was quick, knowledgeable, and had our ac running in no time. Thank you for your hard work sir! I’ve been with Airmaster Heating and Air in Lawrenceville, GA since my house was built in 2002—over 20 years! They installed my original AC unit and have taken care of me ever since. Gary and his team are incredible—professional, knowledgeable, and always focused on true customer service. Thanks to their regular maintenance plan, my original system lasted until about 2020. When I upgraded, they installed a new system with a UV light. Shortly after, I caught COVID—but my family didn’t. I truly believe the air purification helped protect them. This team treats you like family. They’ve always been honest, reliable, and go above and beyond. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my home’s HVAC needs. Josh and Richard installed a REME halo product in our house today. Although it’s highly technical, he was able to explain the details of how it works to me in a way that I’ll be able to explain it to others. I’m so relieved to have such an expert like Josh helping me with my air conditioning and heating units as well as providing me with insulation advice. I can’t imagine working with anybody else at this stage who has worked with our family for years now we really appreciate everything you do to keep us healthy, cool and warm!!!!
