⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with Air Georgia! They offered a free inspection and service for my AC, and everything went smoothly. The technician, Thomas, was very friendly, called ahead before arriving, and showed up right on time within the appointment window. He took the time to explain all the services and packages they offer but never pressured me to sign up. Their prices are very reasonable — I actually asked them to check back with me in a couple of months since I just committed to some other home service packages. Overall, excellent service and professionalism. I’ll definitely be keeping them in mind for the future!

New technician arrived on time and was very thorough. He explained service and when he needed to explain about a needed replacement part, I could understand what he was saying and he had it with him and did the work same day. It wasn't a hard sales pitch. Was comfortable and would welcome him back as he was professional, friendly and communicated well!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s treatment of my elderly grandparents. They purchased a brand new air conditioner/furnace unit from this company, which included free routine maintenance visit. When it came time for that service, a technician showed up and stayed for only a few minutes — nowhere near enough time to clean or inspect anything properly — and yet we were billed $180 for a job that was never done. To make matters worse, just a few weeks after this so-called maintenance visit, the air conditioner stopped cooling properly. It’s now been over three weeks, and the issue still isn’t resolved. This is a brand new unit, so it should not be having problems already — unless something was done incorrectly during installation or neglected during the promised maintenance. Why are my grandparents expected to pay a bill for a service that was never actually provided (but is supposed to be free anyways)? It’s unacceptable and unethical. What’s most concerning is how this company seems to take advantage of elderly customers, offering services they don’t deliver and sending unjustified charges afterward. I strongly recommend avoiding this company, especially if you have elderly family members who may be vulnerable to this kind of treatment.

Adrian (sp) was our service person: I was very impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness and quality of the work done by Air Georgia and their technician. Not only did he effectively diagnose the problem with our A/C system, but her personally traveled almost an hour away to get a part needed to get things working again. VERY impressive. I've had Air Georgia as our service provider for years and they have always promptly, ambitiously and effectively responded to our needs. I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone who needing HVAC services.

Overall Peppers is a great service provider but on 10/1 i had a 11-3 appointment, i called around 2:30 after i didn't hear from them! I was told they were on the way! I didn't get a call until after 4 from the technician & when he finally got there he act as if he was clueless! Very bad customer service & i hope they do better in the future! UPDATE: I received a very courteous phone call & mistakes where addressed & assured this would never happen again! Also in good faith was offered a few perks! As stated from the beginning Peppers is a great service provider!

A few years ago, we chose Peppers Heating and Air-Conditioning to install a new compressor outside and a unit in our attic. They did an excellent job—quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Recently, when both our upstairs and downstairs compressors stopped working, I didn't hesitate to call them again. Despite calling at 7 PM, I was impressed by the responsiveness of the staff, who offered emergency service right away. We decided to wait until morning, and true to their word, a technician arrived promptly at 8 AM. The technician, Thomas Shaw efficiently repaired our upstairs unit and provided valuable maintenance advice. We also opted for their annual service package for $300, which I highly recommend. The downstairs unit required more extensive work, but the pricing was fair, and everything was completed within the same day. Our air was back on quickly, and the house was cool again. Peppers Heating and Air-Conditioning truly stands out for their honesty, expertise, and exceptional service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Thankful that we started the twice yearly check up 6 months ago, especially being seniors as neither of us are willing or able to crawl up under this house any longer!! This company has the best prices hands down. Dylan was very helpful, generous and accommodating with us, such a great guy all around. Jimmy came out the day before installation and was very thorough with checking what supplies were needed for installation. Patrick and Trent were our installers. These guys were extremely patient and answered every single question and concerns immediately. They did not rush the installation and didn’t leave till they checked all the boxes. Their installation work was impeccable and clean. They literally changed everything out and put everything brand new. I can’t thank this company enough. We absolutely plan to refer everyone we know to these guys. Can’t thank them all enough! Couldn’t be happier.
