I called last night about a radiator for my Nissan Armada. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and he made sure the 1 showing online was actually in stock. He had it ready for me when I arrived to the store. He also made sure I had the coolant that was needed as well. He was very polite and patient with me and answered the questions I had about the parts I needed. He also didn't hesitate to bring my parts to my car as well. This was the best customer service I've ever received at any Advance Auto I've shopped at over the years. Went into Advance Auto Parts for a battery and a low beam bulb. Got both of them for a decent price. Ended up not needing the bulb took it back up the rebate or exchange process was fairly easy. Definitely will shop at Advance Auto Parts in East Athens again

The elderly white man who works there has a severe ego issue. He’s treated me and my mother as if we’re baby’s even though I’m ASE certified & purposely acts like an a-hole because he can. Would HIGHLY recommend going to AutoZone instead

Staff was very helpful. I believe his name was Atero. I needed to coordinate a purchase made in the Atlanta store on a battery that went bad. Was difficult because the stores do not coordinate their databases. But Altero went above and beyond and was able to make things work out. Thank you
