These people are WONDERFUL!!!! I left a great review a couple years ago because they were truly just a blessing to us and did a great install. We have an issue with our unit and they were on it today, to send out a technician and super friendly over the phone and helpful. I am so thankful we chose them to do our install. cant say enough great things about this company. Dave was my technician he was as super knowledgeable and professional!! I am back to add to my review because it would not let me add a new one! Charles Hester was our technician this time and he was also amazing! He was professional, timely, diagnosed our issue perfectly and fixed it! The only reason we had an issue is because lightening struck our blower motor and made it go out.

Charles, our technician, was on time and very pleasant. He diagnosed what he thought was the problem and before proceeding, advised us of the expense and that our system may be under warranty and we should check into that before absorbing unnecessary costs. Although he could have fixed our problem, he suggested we check into warranty coverage on Monday since this was happening over the weekend which was appreciated. I love his concerns, professionalism, and advice. I will definitely use Absolute Comfort in the future if my HVAC needs are necessary.

We’ve been with this company for 3 years since moving to Winder, GA. They do a great job maintaining our HVAC system. The office keeps up with our semi annual maintenance and notifies us when due. The fee is very reasonable. Dave, our technician, is definitely a five star guy with over 30 years in the business. He’s very thorough and very knowledgeable. Also very nice and friendly. If you need a great company, I definitely recommend this company.
