Wendy is the rudest individual I have come across in a long time! I was trying to obtain some information about Windows. It didn’t take long to figure out I was clearly an interruption to Wendy’s work, when any customer should be the purpose of her work. When someone is looking to make a purchase why or how Wendy would not be interested in helping them is just beyond me. She made that obvious by her unwillingness to show the slightest interest in me even being there. She had no idea what a casement window was. Asking me twice is that a picture window or slider? I went over to grab a brochure to show her what I was talking about, she still seemed confused. I was beneath Wendy. She then proceeded to ask me if I have a size? At this point of the conversation, size was not even a question, I needed to know if the casement windows could be ordered/made to look like my other existing windows. Size could come way later in the conversation. I even said, look windows are not my thing, I’m looking for help here to see if what I’m looking for is available. She then said we are wholesale, I wondered what did that have to do with anything? Once It was clear she was not interested in helping me, I simply said thank you and turned to walk away. As I’m walking out she is laughing at the situation to another co-worker. When I turned back I stated, I don’t think it was funny and asked for her name. The sad part is she potentially lost a lot of business. I am completing a remodel and do flip houses here in Athens. Based on how I was treated by Wendy, I’m sure me being a customer doesn’t really matter to her or will have much, if any, negative impact but I’m sure Karma will do her thing at some point.

Better hope you never deliver here. Have to back in off main road with no spotter, and then sit until they send all of their trucks back out before they’ll unload you. Good luck...
