Awesome management and maintenance team! Very responsive and nice. Grounds are kept great and any apartment related request is handled quickly. The apartments are nice, spacious, and laid out well. Having a grocery store in your parking lot is as convenient as living 1 block from downtown and many restaurants. Highly recommend.

A beautiful place to live and the most friendly and helpful staff, from the leasing office to maintenance. 100 Prince is conveniently located, full of amenities, pet friendly, safe, secure, and comfortable. I never want to leave!

100 Prince has been wonderful to us! We moved in a few months ago and have had nothing but great things to say about the property so far. Here’s a few of the positives: this property is kept so clean and well maintained by both management and maintenance staff. There’s always adequate parking for residents and customers visiting the properties commercial spaces (this was issue I dealt with in multiple other apartment complex’s prior) thanks to management prioritizing resident comfort and accessibility. Management is very accessible and friendly, and you can tell that they genuinely care about those that live here. The apartments themselves are the nicest I’ve seen in Athens for the price asked for. Granite counter tops, high ceilings, new stainless steel appliances, massive bathrooms and bedrooms. All of our neighbors have been extremely nice and welcoming, which is always a plus. There’s much more that I could say, but I’ll end it with this- as a young professional you won’t regret moving here. My partner and I look forward to calling this place home for a long time.

100 Prince has been a great place to live! The staff is always friendly and there to help, the addition of the 100 Prince Market has made getting groceries and home supplies convenient, and the location couldn’t be in a better spot. Definitely recommend!

We have been so impressed with the team here throughout our move in process! Karen has been unbelievably helpful, and we are happy to call 100 Prince home now. If you are a pet owner, there is so much green space, many sidewalks, and pet cleanup stations all around the property for easy walks. The units are modern and spacious, and we are really happy we went with this property. Note we live in the Childs Street buildings (outdoor walk up style), so I can’t speak to the other reviews about the elevator, as these properties only have stairs. It is super quiet and is a great spot for young professionals or grad students. Maintenance requests are also addressed incredibly fast!

I have lived in several places during my time in Athens and I can confidently say that 100 Prince as been by far the best. The move-in process was incredibly easy, the front office is extremely helpful, the community is great, and the apartments are very nice—located close to downtown but far enough to avoid the noise. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy living at 100 Prince. The apartment that I currently live in is spacious, affordable and just everything I expect from an apartment. I have been living here for one year and recently re signed my lease. The management is also great! My only advice to the leasing office is to possibly add a trash compartment closer to the other buildings. If not possible, SOMETHING else. Yes, the apartment is absolutely great, but there’s no on-site gym, pool, or business center. Maybe even resident activities such as drawings, contests, or even a cookout? I don’t even understand the concept behind the preserved landmark that’s one of the “amenities”. What is it? Do resident have access to it? Just a little confusing. But besides that, great apartment! And just a sidenote, Karen in the office is great!

Lived here for almost 3 years and our experience was a mixed bag: Pros: -great location -great commercial tenants in the complex -decent appliances -newer units -fantastic maintenance crew Cons: -package delivery is a disaster. Sometimes they deliver to the lobby and you have no idea. The management then never notifies you that you have a package. -small units for the price -be prepared to drag your garbage/recycling a long way to get to the bins…which are also hard to access since the trash compacter is tall and behind a heavy door -Poorly trained, unleashed dogs everywhere that are way too big and high energy to be living in such a small space -during games people come and park illegally and take up all the spots -annoying wedding guests at the chapel out front -awful vinyl flooring -super slow and unresponsive admin staff. We literally had to beg them for months to give us our lease renewal. -they basically treat you like criminals when you move out. We had to end our lease 3 months early due to relocating for a job. They charged us a termination fee (normal and expected) but then also automatically withhold your security deposit if you terminate early. They then added “damage” charges for routine wear and tear fixes including repainting the unit and patching nail holes. They probably act like this because a lot of students rent here, funded by their parents. So to my fellow grown adults: consider living somewhere else.

I've lived here for almost a year and plan to renew my lease for a second year. The apartments are very nice and have a spacious kitchen and lots of storage space. Appliances are new and if something breaks or you have a problem the maintenance staff is very quick to fix it. It's close to downtown and theres a lot of really close restaurants that make it a fun location to be. The only few reasons it does not get 5 starts from me is the trash bin is far away from the apartments and you either have to drive it to the bin or drag your heavy bags quite a distance. Also, at no fault of the management, it's relatively loud in this location (theres a train near by that blows the horn pretty often at night). The walls aren't that thick so if you have noisy neighbors you will hear them too. Theres also no gym or pool which I wish it had but I think the location is the trade off with that.
