The security guard yelled at my family. I got out of the car to help my Dad put the ticket in and he was driving behind us and started yelling at my family to go. I was out of the car for 30 seconds. It was extremely disrespectful. Thanks man, my family was having a good night till you decided to be like that.

I mostly visit Athens for music and this is my go to parking spot. Easy to locate and get into, secure, clean, no worries. Never had a problem.

I'm glad it exists and I'm used to being charged more for an hour. I appreciate the free initial half-hour. Wish they'd lower rates at certain times for all days (Sunday is Free). Can be hard to navigate on first visit due to signage for exit.

Large parking deck, nice hourly rates. $1 per hour mon-sat, free on sun. 3rd and 4th levels are entirely special reserved parking, though. Most available parking is from levels 5-6. At night sometimes certain levels (2nd usually) and a couple stairwells have no lighting at all. Directional signs and markings are minimal, making this place weird to navigate. Mark your stairwells and elevators better! Ceiling pipes hide most of your exit signs! Also, large cement pylons and low ceilings with tons of weird piping make parking here a tight squeeze for larger vehicles. Don't bring your F-250 to this deck, it won't fit!

I received a parking ticket that requires me to come back to Athens on a day I have work and I had purchased a parking ticket. It was clearly displayed on my dashboard to not expire until 2:11 in the afternoon and I received a ticket at 12:26 when I had already payed for the parking. The office also refuses to answer their phones and be of any help with the issue. Clearly the people they have checking cars have no idea how to read the tickets they are supposed to be checking to see if you payed.
