Horrible customer service. For the first scheduled cleaning they didn’t even show up. I had to call and ask what was going on but she said “they are still coming” even though it was 3 hours past the two hour window given. I rescheduled them and they showed up on time and were very nice. 3 hours later they were leaving, having completed my “deep clean”. They didn’t move a single item to clean. Still dirt everywhere and didn’t clean half the windows. I was going to give them a chance with the monthly service but they never called, emailed, or texted to confirm a date or time. I then receive a text on a Thursday night that they will be there in the morning and have a stipulation for 48 cancelation. How am I supposed to cancel if I don’t know about it. They let me cancel thankfully. Hope you have better luck than me.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am so frustrated with the service I received. I paid over $300 for a deep clean as a splurge because I have been really busy lately and what I got could not even be considered a regular cleaning job. None of my surfaces were wiped down, which is apparent since nothing is moved that was on them and they are visibly dirty. Nothing was moved when cleaning the floors that should have been (dog beds, chairs) they just worked around them so my floors are still filthy. The corners and baseboards are untouched, the shower seems to have been lightly wiped down and overall I feel completely scammed. Pictures are included below of what my house looked like after

My experience is always so great. Everyone is so polite, professional and thorough. They always do such a wonderful job and they are so nice and patient with my 3 cats (that I'm sure get in the way sometimes). Especially Nicole, she is so awesome. Her attention to detail and professionalism is 2nd to none! I would definitely recommend to everyone!

We have used Two maids for more than 5 years. Kelley has been exceptionally good. She has cleaned my house almost every week and has been thorough. Sonja has helped her and has been very good as a team. I am very pleased with these two ladies and highly recommend them to anyone!!

Beware, do not hire this service unless you will be present to inspect their work, and if they do a bad job, good luck reaching them. I booked Two Maids for a move out clean prior to new tenants moving into my rental home. I prepaid and pre tipped 20%. When my tenants went to move in the next day, I received a call that the house was still very dirty - the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped, still dusty, etc. I immediately called the company (during normal business hours) and could not get in touch with anyone. I had to call non stop for 3 hours straight until I reached the manager. The manager was mostly unapologetic, informing me there were “new hires” and they were “just really busy”. They came back out to re-clean but my tenants had already done most of the work. I got no refund or apology. My friend also used their move out services and had similar issues. It took her three days (!!!) to actually reach someone on the phone. She was also told “new hires” were the reason they didn’t do a good job.

I have three dogs and heavy traffic through my home I reached out and was not disappointed. I had a very small time frame because I had photographs due to sell my home and Brittany scheduled servicing right away. When the ladies arrived they paid very close attention to all points of the house I needed perfecting and I expressed how badly I needed my couch deep cleaned (it’s not the easiest fabric) and Brittany and her team started working. For the level of cleaning it was inexpensive. I left my home for a few hours and I came back to the pictures above (I did not stage my kitchen Kris did so). I recommend these gals to anyone and I wish I was moving closer just to have them spray whatever air freshener they use weekly!

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars and should have read the reviews more throughly. I attempted to schedule a biweekly cleaning for a Wednesday 2-5pm. I got a text two days before the scheduled time saying they would be there between 11am -1pm (Red flag #1). Then I called twice and text them saying that wasn’t the scheduled time that I chose, no answer. I tried to call the “corporate” phone number and was told that they would “email” the Atlanta location to get ahold of me (Red Flag #2). After the multiple contact attempts, someone STILL showed up at 1:30pm! (Red flag #3) after being told that it was cancelled they just walked away not even inquiring why. The biggest red flag is I still received an “automated” message saying “Thank you for allowing us to clean your home” requesting a TIP AND STILL CHARGED MY CARD. Complete scam. Don’t get this service

We have had other companies or independent contractors clean our home and it was never the way I would do it (I’m a perfectionist). I found Two Maids on Facebook and decided to give them a try. I booked it Thursday night for them to come Friday thinking it might not work out but they came! Samantha and Nicole were great! Communicative, efficient, and thorough. My husband and I were so happy with the results! We have a dog and a new baby and the weight lifted off my shoulders to come home to a clean home Friday evening was priceless! We will start routine cleaning with Two Maids!
