My experience with Thompson Construction was exceptional from start to finish. Mark explained every step of the process so that we knew what to expect at each stage of the project. The quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail were incredible. Everyone from Mark himself down to the individual subcontractors were courteous and professional. Mark and his team were exceptional to work with from beginning to end. We trusted Mark’s thoughts and opinions and had very open dialogue when things came up that were unexpected. We did a large renovation project that was a complete gut of the house and required us to be out of the house for the duration of the project, so Mark worked hard to keep us as close to on-time as possible. Construction can be a stressful process. Mark was calm, thoughtful and responsive through the project. He is a good communicator. He worked well with my designer and used competent and subcontractors for the project. Overall, there were no major mishaps. The finishing and process was a little slow but I suppose it usually is. Having gone through multiple major remodels in my life, this was the least problematic.

I cannot say enough positive about Mark Thompson and his company. Mark completed a complete home renovation for my wife and I that was completed Dec 2022. This was during many of the construction delays post-Covid. Despite this, Mark kept the process moving and most importantly kept me informed about delays and timing. The quality of our home is excellent. We have had numerous compliments and visitors are always commenting "Your house is amazing, who did this?" Our punch list was minimal, but Mark took care of all the minor issues quickly. One year later, no issues, and very happy in our home. Thanks Mark!
