I found Tommy to be most professional and very knowledgeable about finding and repairing a leak from the meter to my home. Another plumbing company in Athens had previously come out and I was less than pleased with their service as they suggested it was the irrigation. Had an irrigation company come out and confirm that it wasn’t the irrigation system so decided to call Tommy. He was punctual, called prior to arrival and because I was home when he made the service call, he showed me where the leak was and what he was doing. He actually videoed the work that was done in the crawl space so he could show it to me and I didn't have to go underneath the home. He left once to get parts and let me know when he was headed back my way and then again when he arrived. I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him. One more thing- he was 2000.00 less expensive than that “other” plumbing service.

He was friendly, professional, and obviously cared about details and doing quality work. Highly recommend Tommy for your plumbing issues. We had an emergency where we noticed our living room hardwood floor appeared to be buckling. We discovered when crawling under our deck to open the small crawl space door where our two water heaters are located, steam and water everywhere. We called T & E and in less than an hour on a Friday late afternoon Tommy showed up. He discovered one of our water heaters over heating and water was blowing out of the expansion valve with water on the subfloor, soaked insulation etc. He gave us an estimate for replacing both water heaters and began to go to work. This was not an easy task as we had to enlarge the crawl space door in order to place the new water heaters inside. Tommy will impress you with his knowledge and expertise. My husband was impressed with Tommy's knowledge and expertise including Tommy's attention to detail and explaining exactly what & why during the installation. He also took a video showing damage and what had happened for insurance purposes. We highly recommend T & E Plumbing.

Tommy Epps is a great plumber ! He came out on a Sunday afternoon right after church when I called . I came home to a mess when my water heater went out and was flooding my house . I called him and within a couple hours he was there with the heater and was very professional, he took time to explain everything he was doing and made sure everything was up to code . I was very happy with the job and the price especially for a Sunday . I would wait weeks for him to do work for me again . Excellent work .

Tommy is a stand up guy who does quality work. I've hired him a couple of times and would not hesitate to call him again. EDIT 8/28/2020: I hired Tommy again...this time to fix a leaky shower and toilet. As usual, he was prompt and did a good job at a reasonable price.

Tommy Epps is the best! He's prices are always reasonable and he is very prompt. Every time we call him he gets back to us within 24 hrs and he usual comes out within 48 hrs. When our faucet leaked he found the issue (hose was shot, it's a 16 year old faucet so that seems reasonable) and then when out and bought us a new higher grade faucet and installed it, all within 2 hrs. Then when I had a question about replacing the sink, he explained the whole process and got me a quote right then. Great service and a really nice guy. We will be calling him for all our plumbing needs.

I’m sure you’re fantastic plumbers, but you tend to lose new clients when you’re in such a hurry to your current client, that you tailgate and dangerously cut off people on Lexington Highway in your company van. Not a good look. ETA: my vehicle was the one tailgated and cut off within inches of my bumper with no signal. “Sorry I feel that way” and claiming I don’t know what your employee is experiencing is not an apology, it’s an excuse, which is not appropriate. Please speak with your team about proper defensive driving to make Athens residents feel safe.
