My tech Tim was quick, courteous and efficient. He had my a/c working within 30-45 minutes. The office staff and sales manager were amazing too. Although they are in a very busy time with inclement heat they worked me in and got to my home in less than 24-hours. The repairs did not cost an arm and a leg either and they worked with me in my unique situation. Thank you Tim and thank you Stiles... you have a customer for life and will have all my referrals.

Prefer no star >Charged $900 to not fix the main issue we called about Definitely 0 outs 5 stars . Ruined coil n wasted all refrigerant because didn't install part properly. Wrote on unit case with permanent marker instead of paper or note on phone. Absolutely unprofessional

Our technician, James R. was great! We were scheduled for repair one morning but there were so busy, our appointment got pushed back. I expected him to come the next day, but James still came after 8pm! He expertly diagnosed the issue and came back first thing in the morning to complete the repair. Although the repair was delayed, James made up for it with his kind demeanor and professional service. This is my second time using Stiles and I will use them in the future and highly recommend them to others. Thanks!

We had James R. come to our house and he was probably the nicest Technician I have ever met. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Stiles has always been a decent company when we've used them in the past but this was hands down the most personable tech we've had out here. 10/10 would reccomend.

Such a genuine company, you can really tell they care and really want to help. James was our technician that came out to service our home. He was very kind and has a lot of knowledge about what he's doing! His work was great as well, he fixed a hole in our HVAC and a leak in our roof! Thank you guys so much!

They did exactly what they said they would do and it was quick and painless. They were upfront with the price, no hidden fees or costs, and it got done exactly when they said it would be done. You can’t beat that! From as far into the air ducts, as I can see, they look spotless and they were absolutely filthy from years of neglect being a rental property with improper working AC. Some before and after photos would’ve been nice, but you could just tell the work was done thoroughly. This place came recommended from an AC repair man who was one of the best guys in the field is a completely honest guy and does what he says he’s going to do so. I trusted his word when he said that Stiles was a good solid place to go to.

I had a complete AC system installed and after about four years I had a system failure due to a manufacturing defect. The AC unit was built without the proper guards in place to prevent the issue that occurred, which was faulty wiring. This should have been covered under the warranty, as it was clearly poor quality on the part of the assembly of the unit, but Stiles refused to honor the warranty and this cost me more than a thousand dollars. Stiles obviously considered me only as a means of extracting more money for a defective product they sold instead of having the integrity to do the right thing. I HIGHLY recommend not choosing this company for your AC needs.

Great experience! I had a leaking faucet that I had tried for WEEKS to get another team to fix, but they would never commit to a time but then call me at odd hours during my work day saying they had a team ready. I heard about this company through word of mouth and gave them a call. Stiles had a plumber ready THE SAME DAY! Jeff was super knowledgeable and efficient. I clearly didn't know what was going on and he explained everything to me without trying to scam me out of something I didn't need. I would definitely use Stiles again!

Was told there was like a $150 emergency appointment fee. So was expecting it to be decently expensive. Was then charged over $700 for a drain pipe unclogging and drain pan de-draining. And a month later the same issue happened again, and I ended up fixing it myself with no experience in 1 hour. $700 for simple matinence is insane, regardless of it being like 8pm. Without that emergency fee it would've been over 500 dollars still???
