Pure professionals. Had to have a whole HVAC system replaced and they had the most reasonable price of all my quotes. Showed up on time at 8, worked all day, even did some extra modifications to the ductwork after asking me and saying "no change to the price". Walter and his team are professional and honest. Services are reasonably priced, too. They installed my central heat/air when I first moved into my home. They did a great job and answered all my questions. I had a breakdown due to a wire shortage (manufacturer defect, not from install) during this cold snap. Walter called back and got over to find the problem and fix it the same day. My family is sleeping warm on this 20 degree night thanks to Mr. Smith! Smiths Heating and Air is the only company I want to use or that I would recommend for central heat and air related services.
