(Not my car it’s my fiancé’s) a trailer backed into his car and damaged it. He went to EZ Dent, and they referred him to Sky Collision. According to my fiancé Anthony the service was good, the work was good, and it was a quick turn around. I took off a point because he said the car was dirty inside, and it wasn’t like that at drop off. Otherwise overall great experience.

My wife hit a deer. They took longer than I was told and I never received any phone calls to keep me updated that I was told they would do. U had to always call them. I understand the problems with parts supply shortages and it wouldn’t have been a big deal except I was paying for a rental out of pocket. The quality of repairs appears to be fine and the lady at the front counter was very nice. I would recommend them.

There were issues getting the necessary parts (out of Sky Collision’s control) and they did a great job of communicating and providing an accurate timeline for completion. I waited a while to post my review. While I admit the office staff are very friendly, I am so unhappy with the service I received. I got my car done by them in May/June. It's now august and the paint is already chipping. The day I picked my car up there was a panel that wasn't cracked before dropping it off that was cracked/broke when I got it back. They did fix that for no charge since it was their fault. My assumption is that they hoped I wouldn't notice. The front bumper has 2 spots where the paint is chipping. Update: Now more is chipping DONT GO HERE

I took my car there for exterior repair ONLY because of an auto accident. I got my car back and the check engine light was on and my car wouldn’t accelerate and barely crunk. They told me that my battery was going bad. Which was probably true because I’ve had the car for three years. I’ve never had any issues with my car. I took my car to advance auto to get a new battery. Just for them to tell me that my battery holder had been broken, meaning that they went under my hood when they were only supposed to fix EXTERIOR damage. i knew something was wrong because my battery had a cover over it prior to me bringing it to their shop. The part of the battery holder that broke they left it under my hood. I’m not understanding what was the purpose of tampering with my battery. The extra repair is okay.
