First time visit to this vet clinic since moving into Athens and I could not be happier. Dr Ellis took so much time with my dogs. It was the most comprehensive exam they had undergone in quite some time. He was friendly. He spoke with me at great length regarding the changes my dogs were experiencing since moving from Salt Lake City to Georgia. The staff at the office was friendly and helpful. I felt 100% at ease here. They all practice social distancing and face masks are required if you enter the building or, if you prefer, they will allow curbside drop off for your pet. I feel comfortable and confident that I will enjoy and happy and long relationship with this veterinary practice. They are all top notch!

I love everyone at Shoal Creek so much, I was super sad to have to move away. They've taken care of three of my dogs over the years, and seen them through everything from normal checkups to surgeries. Everyone was always so kind and accommodating, and it was super easy to get seen. Me, Mesa, and Lily will miss you guys! π β¦

The doctors and staff at Shoal Creek AC are amazing! I've worked at animal clinics and with an animal pharma company and have taken my pets to several other clinics. These people are the best! They truly care about me and my pets, and I'm so happy with every visit. Dr. Ellis is thorough and talks with me not down at me, which we all know some doctors can do. And Angie and the other staff and the vet techs are super nice and helpful!

Angie the receptionist is always very nice on the phone and in person. The staff is always nice and helpful. Ella (my cat) usually sees Dr. Ellis, but this time she saw another Dr. (A woman, I canβt remember her name), but she was also very nice and helpful. We have been coming to shoal creek since Ella was a kitten and we really like going there. I know they will give great care to my pet!

Every time I visit Shoal Creek I have an excellent experience. Both my cat and my dog who can be very scared of veterinarians have felt comfortable in the clinic and the staff treats them with the most tender and genuine care. Dr. Elder is so helpful and always makes sure I am confident in how I will be treating my animals and goes over every treatment detail until I understand. I would gladly recommend Shoal Creek Animal Clinic to anyone! They were the first vet I have ever had, and helped me with any questions I had about raising my puppy (my first time being a dog owner). Every visit I made went smoothly and they were very organized. They were all very friendly as well! The two times my dog got sick, they were able to help me get her back to being healthy quickly. Also, the procedure to spay her went smoothly and she healed very well (could not even tell she ever had surgery a few months after). Overall, they were everything I needed and they made every process stress free. I was very satisfied with how they treated both my dog and myself!

Our beagle hurt her back and was very well cared for by Dr. Elder and his staff. Everyone at Shoal Creek is very professional and caring. We had a good experience from beginning to end. The front desk staff were polite and easy to work with. We were able to come in the day we called when our dogs problem with her back began. When we arrived for our appointment we did not have to wait. It was the first time our dog had been seen at this clinic and the front desk staff had already gotten all of the vaccination records and other important other information from our vet at home so we had no paperwork to fill out. The vet technicians were very polite and sweet with our dog. They were very careful with her since she was in pain. Dr. Elder listened to all of our concerns, explained everything to us and made sure we understood how to take care of our dogs injury. Everyone at the clinic seemed to genuinely care about us and most importantly our dog and that was a very good feeling. They even called us a few days later to make sure our dog was improving and feeling better. I would definitely recommend Shoal Creek Animal Clinic,

I have recommended the clinic to everyone. I get thorough feedback from the team about my catβs health and they never rush the discussion, Iβm able to ask as many questions as I need to. Iβm a bit of a helicopter pet parent and this is the only clinic I feel comfortable doing drop off appointments at because I know my pet will be taken care of. The discharge directions are always detailed and the prices are always lower than other estimates Iβve gotten. Thank yβall!!

We have been using this vet office for a few years, but yesterday was the hardest appointment we ever had to make. All of the staff have always made Patch more comfortable than her other offices she has visited. Still doesn't like being told what to do but I cannot thank your staff enough for all you guys have done. I appreciate you all so much, thank you all, especially for yesterday. Very professional and informational. They give you as much time as you need and all the support you need after your pet has their wings.
