Sentry Restore and Nick (the managing partner) were great! From the very beginning Nick patiently answered all my questions and explained the scope of the work. Another big name company with a local franchise had quoted me by many thousands of dollars higher because they claimed I'd also need a full encapsulation and dehumidifier to stop major water intrusion that caused the mold down there. But Nick explained how encapsulations should be a last resort and said with gutters and some yardscaping to slope dirt against the house, that would be enough to keep water from entering the crawl space, and he was correct! (Sentry doesn't even sell gutters or landscaping, but they do offer encapsulations as well, so Nick wasn't trying to make more money off me just helping with advice and offering only what's needed, which gained my trust a lot!) If I had paid for the encapsulation without the gutters or landscaping, surely the problem wouldn't have been fixed, just a big bandaid put over it that eventually would have been worn away because encapsulation cant withstand major water intrusion, its just for humidity control! Sentry completed the mold remediation in a timely fashion and were a friendly presence all around. Thank you Sentry and Nick!

I called and asked about an inspection for my crawl space. Very friendly and made the appointment quickly. Angela came out to my house and did a full crawl space inspection checking for mold, water, etc. when she was done she explained everything to me and showed me pictures of everything she was talking to me about ( thankfully no mold).I definitely recommend this company and Angela she was very sweet, thorough with her inspection.

I had the best experience with sentry restoration. I had subfloor that had been holding water. And I thought I would have to replace the subfloor. Angela was very professional and explained to me that the subfloor could be dried out and be saved. She explained how it is done and the amount of time it would take to get it dry so the new flooring could be installed. She was a life saver. As I have a baby due in December and the time and money saved allowed me to complete my floors faster and not have the extra expense of replacing subfloors. Thank you Angela
