Working with Randstad was a great experience! I went into the office on a Friday afternoon after having no luck at another agency. I had the pleasure working with Ms. Carlene. She was remarkable to work with and has exceptional customer service. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. I was able to complete all prerequisites, required documents and testing online. They did a quick drug test right there in the office same day! I started my first assignment the following week. The pay was decent. I love the fact that they offer health benefits at a reasonable rate, even though I didn't get time to sign up for them. I was hired as a full time employee from my first work assignment just a short time later. I really enjoyed my experience with this wonderful staffing agency!! When I needed help applying for job positions I looked to Randstad. Doing it on my own via other websites lead to fake postings, information collecting etc. Carlene and Brittany have been amazing. Not only did they contact me right away, they were able to start offering temp and perm positions that fit my skill sets. I quickly started interviewing. I attempted to get my job back as a customer service representative. They didn’t want to rehire me because my old supervisor Trecia ( who showed me she didn’t like me) told them not to. I was one of their good workers never called out or nothing. I wanted to try them again because I left because of my supervisor and this is how they treat me. I returned all my equipment and put in a two week notice and they still did not want to give me the opportunity. Informed my HR Victor Smith of what was going on and no one wanted to do anything about it. Do not work for these people they treat you any kind of way.
