I contacted Rainbow to do the repairs after another company did my water mitigation and strangely went silent after the work was done , wouldn't return my calls, texts or emails - its been over a month and I still haven't received a bill . BUT I needed the rebuild done so I contacted Carrie at Rainbow , She was excellent in explaining how the process would go , got my insurance info , contacted my adjuster and with in days a crew was here to do the repairs. The men were very nice and polite and worked fast to get it done....Too fast! that's the reason for the 4 star rating, once the job was done I did point out some spots that I said looked wonky , they both responded that it was only because the paint wasn't dry and it would look better in the morning. Nope! it looked worse. I promptly took pictures and emailed them to the structure team coordinator as well as the project manager, Brandon. Within hours I received a call from Jen, she had spoken to Brandon and the crew was sent back out to fix the problems. they did a satisfactory job , but the clean up was not good. I spent a lot of time the day after cleaning up drywall mud and dust everywhere, they didn't properly cover or move everything out of the room. Brandon also called me afterwards to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. So I would absolutely give them 5 stars for customer service but 4 stars for the repair crew. It's also a matter of how well it holds up, so time will ultimately tell how well the repairs were done but for now it looks good.

Rainbow Restoration of Athens is such great company, I appreciated every single one of their employees who moved my contents by packing them and storing them from the water damage in my home. Nothing was damaged leaving or returning, they moved quickly and had my home and items ready in two weeks time. Their contents crew with Connor, Jackson, Paris, and Kayla were such a great help to me. They answered any question in an instant, I will forever be grateful to all the other members who helped me out with the structure like Karl, Leo, Brandon, John Davis. and John W. I would be happy to refer this company to anyone who needs assistance with this kind of work, because they made my house look just the same as it was before all damage happened.

We had the need for this company due an unfortunate house fire . Our kitchen stove caught on fire and our lives have been in disarray for weeks, until Yesterday that is. Rainbow sent three of their best employees to our home and they took care of everything. Packed up our belongings very carefully, sorted the damaged items, Packed and loaded what needed to be cleaned, all within a day and a half. All three; Kayla, Corey and a very handsome young man named Casey I believe, were very polite, professional and personable to say the least. I was able to let my pets out without hesitation and I felt comfortable letting them take charge while I tended to other things throughout the day. Rainbow Restoration arrived right after our fire department extinguished a fire in our garage. Our homeowners insurance company sent them. Unfortunately, our garage is about a complete loss. We also had some smoke and water damage inside our home. Rainbow did an exceptional job cleaning and deodorizing our home after the fire. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
