Stopped in this morning to grab a couple of hot dogs. Was greeted as usual upon entering store. However, when I went to pay for my food I was a bit distracted while looking for cash inside my wallet. Apparently the cashier took issue because she kept saying "good morning" and I failed to respond verbally to her. Upon realizing that she was talking I immediately looked up at her and noticed that she was LITERALLY ROLLING HER EYES at me and staring with an attitude. I apologized to her and said good morning. However, this is an absolutely ridiculous way for one of your cashiers to behave simply because they were expecting a customer to respond in kind with a "good morning". Someone needs to teach her how to not take a greeting or lack thereof so seriously. God forbid if I had been a customer who's mute and unable to verbally speak.

Brand new tea machine has been broken for almost 2 months. It only gives the option to choose diet sweetener and not regular sugar. I asked the clerk and she said that somebody needs to put sweetener in the back but nobody has done that and almost 2 months? Before they came in and re did the drink station I came in everyday for years before work and got my favorite beverage, now I have been left wanting it every day. When I ask about it I get the standard, "were having it looked at". If they can't get it fixed then they need to throw that stupid machine in the parking lot and do it like they have been before it came along.

*Always* nice and employees GREAT. Location has a 100% record of being good! It also has a 100% record of having the Coke flavor of icee not working. Seriously, after four times I started counting for fun. Weβre up to 17. π€£ β¦

I had an amazing visit, there was this girl working I didnβt get her name but she was short (sorry) and it was at 8pm Thursday 11/19/24 but she helped me figure out what to get to eat and she was so funny and helpful and so nice whoever this queen was she deserves a raise big time.

Nice Gas station, it has everything you could possibly need or want. The QT kitchen is amazing! Got me a Garden sandwich with bacon and crispy jalpaneos, it was so amazing. It overflowed with all of the veggies and bacon! I love going here! Everyone is kind ans polite, it's super clean and the service is fast!

Tyler saved my life. I was in absolute dispair and this man not only gave me glorious treats but also gave me service. He treated me and my friends with respect and he deserves a raise. Best QT employee and best QT ever because of Tyler. Will be back and 10/10 recommend.

Multiple times going at all different hours of the day, and their syrup is out at their fountain drinks. Ask worker if it can be changed, and they say the syrup is out. Not even trying to change it or check to see if thereβs more. ***UPDATE SINCE LAST POST A MONTH AGO*** I have stopped here three more times and the fountain machine STILL DOES NOT WORK! Seriously, what is wrong with your machines!?! FIX THE DANG FOUNTAIN MACHINE!

Person cleaning bathroom did not properly close the bathroom. Then proceeded with a totally unprofessional attitude because he had to clean up feces. With employees like this i will not return to this location.
