I recently went to Quality Glass to have the bottom sash of my window repaired. The staff seemed helpful, and I picked up the sash after the glass was replaced. However, when I got home and reinstalled it, the glass cracked immediately upon closing the window. It appeared there may have been a hairline crack or flaw that wasn’t visible at the time. I called the shop right away — within 15 to 20 minutes — to explain what happened. Unfortunately, they still charged me full price again to replace the glass, even though the issue occurred almost immediately after I left their shop. While I understand accidents happen, I was disappointed that there was no offer of a discount or any consideration given the circumstances and how quickly I reported the issue. I expected better customer service and accountability from a local business.

Paid over $900 for just top replacement windows. Was quoted $180 for them over the phone. Got there in office and lady told me they were I’ve $300 a piece. Needed these as fast as possible for a daycare so I purchased 3 of them. Picked up a week later and installed them myself. A day later a kid threw a rock a broke another window so I called City Glass. Same size window with exact same 270 low e, They charged $146. I’ve replaced multiple windows now at several of these centers. Quality Glass lost business by bait and switch pricing. I wouldn’t go back here for free glass 💯

Found this company by Internet search that took me to their website. I located this company along with two others that I chose based on reviews. One company never called me back after several calls and leaving a message. The woman who I talked to was friendly and informative. She quoted the lowest price to replace the glass in a window at my daughter's house. I actually took the old glass by and dropped it off for measurements and was told someone would call me to schedule the install. I got a call the very next morning saying they could install that day. I met the installer who worked efficiently to install the glass in a much better fashion than I could. The cost was the minimum rate quoted, NO jacking up the price with frivolous excuses. I was very happy with the work and the cost. I will certainly keep Quality Glass in my reference file for future needs and I recommend you do too.

Quality Glass replaced the glass panel on my door. Work materials and installation was fine. HOWEVER, I was "estimated" 1.5 hours installation at $150 an hour. I wasn't home and paid the bill over the phone that was exactly the amount of the estimate. When I got home my husband said they were only here 30 min. So I asked them to credit me the labor cost back. I sent screen shots from my home camera to show the time they arrived and left. THEN I was told they charge a minimum of 1 hour labor and they charge travel time. After escalating I was told "Unfortunately, in the economy we are in we have to cover the cost of fuel, labor, wages, etc we cannot simply drive to ____ for free." Athens to my home is a 28 min drive. NONE of this was listed on my estimate or invoice. Glass panel door replacement cost in total was $451.80. I was over charged by $150 not including whatever they marked up the materials. So make sure you ask questions before the work is done because your not getting it back after.

Nothing but great things to say about Quality Glass. I have had two shower doors installed by them. They look amazing, and the tech that installed them did a fantastic job and left the space cleaner than when they got there. If you are in the market for shower doors, or anything glass for that matter, give Quality Glass a call!

Have had a very bad experience with Quality Glass. Their Salesperson Hope measured our shower enclosure incorrectly and it was not discovered until they were at our house installing the glass. Hope then called me and proceeded to blame me for the glass being 4" off and hung up me when I told her that we had not changed the dimensions of the shower in our remodel. I made a trip to speak to the owner in person to discuss a path forward. No discount our expedited Turn around time was offered. Two weeks later when installing the new glass it was cut to the wrong size again! Two failed attempts and a month later I still do not have a glass surround for my shower! I would recommend steering clear. of this highly dysfunctional business.
