I had an amazing experience with ProShield Roofing and, specifically, Team Owens. After a prolonged period of rain, my roof started leaking. On a referral from my sister, I contacted Brittany on a Sunday and she immediately got everything moving on getting her crew out the following week to tarp my house and, also, to do an inspection. Brittany recommended that I file an insurance claim which, with her help on a conference call, I did. The process from that point was seamless and Brittany was there for all of it -- she was professional, responsive and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Brian and Brad came out to meet with the adjuster and, thanks to their thorough work, attention and expertise, were able to get me approved for a full replacement roof. The install was scheduled quickly and Larry, the project supervisor, was on site for the entire process. The roofing crew did a fantastic job -- they arrived on time, was respectful of my property and did high-quality work. They finished the job in one day and also made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job was done. I highly recommend ProShield Roofing and Team Owens to anyone needing roof repairs or replacements, especially if you are navigating the arduous insurance process. Without a doubt, I would not have my new roof without them!!

ProShield Roofing is an excellent company and we recommend them without hesitation. ProShield Roofing and their Team Owens epitomize professionalism and had our concerns as its focus. Every aspect of our new roof, from initial estimate, coordination with our insurance company, site inspections and installation was handled with personalized professionalism and EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION! They spent a lot of time and went to bat for us with our insurance company to show the severity of damage and necessity of replacement of the entire roof. This required additional site inspections, which they helped schedule and performed without hesitation. Installation was performed when promised and there was a supervisor on site for the entire time! Care was taken to protect our shrubberies, patios and driveway. We could not have asked for a better experience for this project. Brittany, Brian, Brad, Larry and the entire team are great people and know their business. As we said at the beginning, ProShield Roofing is an excellent company and we recommend them without hesitation.

ProShield delivered great service installing a new roof on my house today. They went right to work and finished on time...about 12 hours! Amazing!! Larry and the crew made sure all the nails and old materials were placed into their dumpster and Larry explained the part about the roof that will pull the hot air up to release the heat!! That sounds amazing! So if you need a new roof, or any of the service from ProShield, don't hesitate to call...as a matter of fact I'll be calling Brad to see if I can get new gutters!! Check out ProShield if you want a reliable group to update your home. They are AWESOME!!

Working with Proshield Roofing was an amazing experience start to finish. We had a big storm roll through and had some large impacts on the roof. We called Proshield and Adam B was out there quickly to assist. He took time and educated me on roof systems since I really hadn’t had any experience with them , and I really appreciated his demeanor. Calm, educational, clearly very professional. After surveying the property with a drone he agreed that there was both wind and hail damage. He again walked me through the process of dealing with insurance since this was our first homeowners claim. He was also there when the insurers inspected the roof to validate the claim. After validated he helped us pick out the right shingle color by sending us some mock up visuals- this was super helpful to see what the product might look like. After we were scheduled the crews were there exactly on time , and the foreman for Proshield (Larry) was an absolute professional. Normally I have some skepticism with the trades but this company could not have been more professional from start to finish. The crew was amazing - I don’t think I’ve ever seen folks work that hard. Simply amazing what they can accomplish in a day. After installation Adam personally went around a second time with a magnetic sweeper to get any lose nails and metallic debris. That was above and beyond yet again and I appreciated it so much considering I have 3 young kids who love running outside in bare feet. Sorry for the long winded review But when you come across a great Company it is important to share. Thank you team Proshield !!! Great work !!
