I had a horrible experience. Everything about it was wrong. The guy put my expansion tank. ( that blue tank) outside my well pump house. The house is 4' x 4'. Said I would have to get something to cover it with . I had to redo almost everything he did. $4700 to run 150' of A pec water line from pump house to shop. No power line. He didn't even know if his work leaked or not . Never run the water. Will never use them again

Moved one bathroom faucet and replaced one. $749....took them two hours. $749 minus $149 for the cost of the faucet means I was charged $600 for labor. $300 PER HOUR IS DEFINITELY OUTRAGEOUS!! DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WASTE MONEY!!!

Highly recommend Plumber Pro Service & Drain. Have used them twice and both experiences were outstanding. Called to make an appointment and they were able to schedule me very quickly. Brandon arrived on time, was very professional and was able to immediately diagnose the problem. He showed attention to detail, worked quickly and did an outstanding job. We also appreciated that the charges were very reasonable!!

Plumber came out and repaired leak it guest bath room facit , this was a repeat call but was covered under warrenty. While here he recommended and replacted a water pressure control valve over hotwater heater at cost. Said this was causing some of my leak issues too much pressure due to old falty valve. He also addressed a water issue in master bath and refered me to a water mitgation company to address water isses in Master Bath. ProDry came out and advised to file claim with my Homeowners Ins. which I did while they were on site. I agreed to use their service as long as it was covered by Homeowners Ins. I advise Prodrys rep. that I did not want the service if not covered by my homeowners Ins. Lets hope they do not take me to the cleaners.

I’ve known the owner Sam since around 1985. He is an honest man who has a tremendous amount of integrity and runs his business very well. His crew came out to my house and did a fantastic job for me. I had to have two water heaters replaced. The pricing was very fair. The labor was fantastic. The crew was polite and left the house better off than they found it. I would highly recommend using this company.
