I take my mini labradoodle here for her grooming. We tried a couple other doggie salons in the area before coming to Petsmart, and this is definitely our go-to spot now! Reagan S. does a 10/10 phenomenal job!!! She’s so attentive and makes sure your concerns are addressed. My girl left looking soooooo gooooood. Definitely recommend them for grooming!

Elizabeth,”Lizzie”, is amazing in the grooming department. I’ve been taking to my pup, Zoey, to her for almost a full year now and have no complaints or concerns. She loves my pup as if she was her own & I always leave there satisfied each time. Also, she never misses with the bows!

Out of 20 crickets 🦗 these 7 were completely dead. The rest were barely surviving.... I'd venture to say there wasn't even 20 in here. The girl put on a big show of counting by flattening the bag and pointing with her finger ☝🏼 & then dumping out. Look - she smashed them to death with her elaborate show 🤦🏼♀️

We absolutely LOVE Sarah Leone, the dog trainer, and couldn’t say enough good things about her! She has been absolutely amazing at training our puppy, Rio. We began with Sarah’s puppy class and loved it so much that we decided to go into intermediate training, advanced training, and brain games training. Her classes have been a game changer and are the reason we have the calm, well-behaved, and happy pup we do. We are so thankful for Sarah (and Rio loves her).

It was a wonderful time in the store looking at all the things you can get for your pet and self. The workers were a wonderful help especially at 9:00 at closing time. Be sure to get there early so you can see all the great things. My 8 year old was very pleased with the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the store. 😊 She named her parakeet " BABY" and we are blessed from the experience.

came here couple of times to get items. at first no one greeted me, but after the 4th visit. they said hi and when they saw me with a new kitten, they were excited and gave me a brochure of coupons. one of the staff even told me to hit the extra points because they were doing bonus on cats items. that was helpful. will i come again, yes. i only did 4 stars because it took them this long to greet me.

My dog “Piglet” and I recently completed the beginner, intermediate and advanced dog training classes at PetSmart located in Athens, GA. These courses were each led by PetSmart trainer Sarah Leone who I don’t have enough good things to say about. I adopted Piglet in October 2023 and realized he was quite a bit younger and less socialized than I had originally thought. I decided to sign up for our first training class along with a friend and her young dog in March 2024. From the first session it was clear that Sarah was dedicated to creating a fun and positive learning environment for all of the dogs and their owners. Although the class is open to dogs of all backgrounds and levels of training, Sarah made sure to address each owner’s questions and concerns and tailor each session to the wants and needs of the group. She was patient and kind with every dog and had realistic expectations for each training session. Although Piglet and I had only planned on completing the 6 week beginner course, we were having so much fun and I was seeing so much improvement that I decided to continue his training with Sarah all the way through the advanced course. Overall, this was such a positive, fun and personalized experience. I would highly recommend a training class with Sarah to someone with a puppy, newly adopted dog, or anyone looking to improve their partnership with their dog!

Pro plan is running a “Buy 13, get 2 free” sale on wet canned food. We buy our food from Petsmart for our 6 dogs and rescues we foster, so this was a great deal. At the register I was told by Amanda the “manager” that the 12 pack of same product was not part of that sale because it’s a “pack”. She wanted me to go back to the shelf and pick out 12 individual cans of the same product (the 3 extra cans I brought came from the same pack that was opened next to it) and return. I cancelled the transaction after she argued with me that customer aren’t suppose to open the packs and do that, I had already waited in line for 5 minutes and 4 people were behind me waiting for her to finish their berating. I later called corporate and they confirmed that she was incorrect, and that the store level management (her) could have easily made the adjustment on price. She could have done a much better job with the situation, it was disappointing to see this behavior from a company I spend on average $1200/month with.

First time using grooming services at PetSmart and I must say that all the ladies in there were pleasant and a joy to work with. I've read the reviews and at first I was hesitant on using them, but my first encounter was with Bethany and she was very friendly and provided awesome customer service. My pup had the pleasure of being loved on by Lizzie and she is absolutely the best we've had to groom our 2 yr old Doodle. Lizzie has gained a new client. I'm glad I decided to give them a try and base my own opinion. Definitely a talented group of groomers at PetSmart.
