Tim’s team were very professional and respectful of our home, the cleanup crew did an awesome job removing all roofing debris. Our new roof was finished in one day. Greg made it all happen when other companies could not. He would be better off at a different roofing company. Don't sign the part that allows them to destroy your siding. It is NOT best industry practice to cut holes in your siding so they don't have to wrap your flashing properly.

I had Mark & Scott Bendzin come out to inspect my roof as age was unknown at date of home purchase, & shingles were falling off after every storm. My insurance company denied the initial claim, but Mark & Scott were able to work with them to have 2nd inspection in which we were able to get a claim filed. We had a rough storm come through prior to installation that blew shingles off of the ridge exposing the attic. Mark, Scott, & Anthony were out the same day to tarp my roof in order to avoid further damage prior to install. The roofing team was on time/early on install day, & made the process quick + easy. We had one hiccup when removing the chimney exterior. Mark & his crew immediately addressed the situation, & managed the clean up to my satisfaction. At project complete, the team cleaned up exterior of my home in 5 star fashion. Would 11/10 recommend Perimeter Roofing to handle your needs. They are professional, timely, knowledgeable, trustworthy, communicative, & friendly. Thanks again!!

Scott and Mark took the time to go over contract and explain the installation process in person. They were on site day of installation. The workmanship was mediocre - there were shingles still sticking up the morning after installation. The crew had to glue down pieces that were not properly attached. They left oil stains on our newly pressure washed driveway and their dumpster scratched our fence post. Scott & Mark promised to take care of touching up on fence and cleaning the oil stains as they knew our house was about to go to settlement....they never followed up nor came back to take care of these items. I can't endorse a high recommendation.
