My technician, Fabian, was so kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. He even put on shoe covers before coming in the house. Orozco is so professional, friendly and speedy! I had another company first, who misdiagnosed the problem and didn't even go under my house where they wrongly said the issue was. Not Orozco! Their excellent technician crawled under the house, thoroughly inspected everything and provided me with a clear and affordable estimate. He showed me exactly what needed repair and explained the entire repair process. BEST HVAC company in town!

Georgia. It sure is hot in the summer and functional A/C is essential. When it breaks at this old house, fast and comprehensive service is appreciated. From the start this was a pleasant experience. Ana who directed my calls, Miguel who diagnosed my AC problem and offered alternatives, Gildardo and Sandra (owners) who met me at their office to look at the available units along with Edwardo and Fernando who installed the unit and Adriana who gave me information for this review were ALL very pleasant, thorough, prompt and, enjoyable. Orozco’s heating and air are some true professionals. From the initial call to the office to the time that it took the tech to show up. This company represents the type of company that I would use it again. I’ve used them twice, once at my home and another time at a customers house. Both techs showed that they were extremely knowledgeable and they knew how to troubleshoot both problems in a matter of 15-20 mins. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. We are long time Orozco customers. Always been very satisfied. We are disappointed in the charge of $1,195.00 to re-insulate the plenum and one duct under our house. The work took less than 2 hours. We expected ALL of the insulation to be replaced for 1,195.00 as we discussed with the technician. There was an obvious miscommunication as the original tech was not there when the work was performed. I wrote in to Orozco to explain and never received a response. The work was done in early June, and I just received the invoice. Orozco has been so fair and reasonable for all other work, this is inconsistent with their past performance.
