(We were the 2014 jeep wrangler) thank you so much for testing everything and then tightening the cables. Everyone was extremely nice and attentive and determined to fix our problem and so patient with us. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain the time to explain what was wrong and what you were doing and warning us that if this didn’t fix it what else to look out for and what to do if it gets worse.
