Can’t even look around without the employee, a big boned African American Woman, accusing me of stealing. Second time she has accused me & every time I have a convo with her she is very rude and condescending. Train staff better of Get new staff, you’re costing customers.I WILL NOT COME BACK HERE!

I had one of the craziest experiences of my life at this gas station! I went in to buy a flavored water. While checking out with the card system with my debit card I glanced at the cashier who was a heavy set colored woman to get confirmation that my transaction went through. She says to me "You can stop undressing me with those eyes." I said excuse me? I was confused because I didn't believe she said what I thought she said. Mind you I'm a woman. She replies "You heard me." I'm an almost inaudible tone. I took my drink and left without saying anything confused. Like seriously, she was not even attractive and I'm a woman mind you.

I stopped to take a call on my way to go inside to see what snacks they have. Not even 5 minutes into the call an employee came out and told me to move on. I didn't understand what she meant, but she said that if I was standing around for hours she would call the cops on me. I really just took a phone call... It hadn't been even 5 minutes... I really had intended to possibly buy something in the store, but she made it seem like I was not welcome. Safe to say, I left as fast as I could to avoid having any problems.

Absolutely the worst gas station I’ve ever stopped at to fill my tank up and buy drinks and snacks at. The manager AZARIA (so she said) is most definitely in the WRONG POSITION. That’s is IF she is the manager like she relayed to me! Obviously, at this place people are not allowed to take a 5-6 min call before walking all the way into the store. She literally said I don’t know how long you’ve been here, but you can’t be standing outside of the store that I needed to leave?? WHAT??? I said I’ve been here for max 6mins, that I took a call and stood in the shade(beside the ice machine in the pic I attached) to get out of the sun bc I had been in it all day. I said I was about to come in and fill my tank up and grab drinks and a few snacks. She said she didn’t care it I needed to leave, lol. I asked for her name and she said AZARIA and said “IM THE MANAGER also” I said that truly makes it even worse that your a manager. Also, Last I checked, this is a free country so I can take a phone call and stand in the shade for 5-6mins before I walk in a store to spend MONEY!!. The worst customer service and just plain rudeness!! She is definitely in the WRONG POSITION! I will NEVER BE BACK! I will also continue to pass this Complaint on to everyone I know in person and online! This was ridiculous. I was in my work uniform and had a brand new car. So it wasn’t as if she thought I may be homeless or casing the place! Even if I was homeless, they are allowed to spend money too! That’s discrimination either way! Something needs to be done with that “MANAGER” also the person that hired her as a “MANAGER” as well. I’ve never wasted my time by writing a bad review ever, this was so bad that I had too! I will continue to do so as well! I thought MURPHYS WAS BETTER THAN HIRING A MANAGER THAT TREATS PEOPLE LIKE THAT! And f I could give zero stars I WOULD

The employee, a plus size African American woman likes to call the cops on innocent people for simply sitting in their parking lot, and they won’t even ask you to leave first. Shame on them. Disgusting place!

I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by a recent incident that occurred at this location. An innocent man, simply resting and waiting out a storm, was unfairly targeted and had trespassing charges pressed against him — despite not being asked to leave or refusing to do so, which is a legal prerequisite for such a charge. The employee, either misinformed or manipulated, went along with law enforcement in a decision that not only lacks common sense, but violates constitutional rights. As someone who served this country for 25 years and endured multiple deployments to protect those very rights, it is heartbreaking to see them trampled so carelessly by individuals who claim to be American citizens. Actions like this are not only shameful — they are a disgrace to the values we risked our lives defending. The behavior displayed by both the employee and the officers involved shows a serious lack of understanding of the law and an even greater absence of compassion and integrity. If they cannot comprehend the responsibilities that come with their positions, they have no business in roles that affect others’ lives so drastically. This is not the America we served to protect. This was a failure in judgment, decency, and justice — and everyone involved should be held accountable immediately!

Dangerous area, police will threaten you with jail if you sit in the parking lot to wait out a storm. Employees will call police with the presumption that you will try to rob them which tells me they get a lot of robberies. If you are out of state, just keep rolling for your own safety. They do not want you.

Never stop there — it’s dangerous. You could get arrested for no reason. The clerk at that station called the police because one of the customers parked there to wait out a storm and was just reading a book. The police showed up and arrested him illegally. Disgusting place with a disgusting clerk.

If you need gas, or any other product you might find within a gas station, choose another. If you are in their parking lot for more than some arbitrary length of time they might decide is unacceptable, they'll call the cops on you, and we all know cops are just dying to arrest someone. Don't risk it, avoid this place.

Gotten gas here on many occasions. No issues, good clean station, lot of snacks and cold drinks. Good coffee, clean restroom, no worries. Will be back again soon when I'm in Athens, cheapest gas in town.
