I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional service provided by Mavis Tires and Brakes. When I contacted them to inquire about the necessary services, I was met with prompt and courteous assistance. A representative named Cat was particularly helpful, providing me with valuable guidance over the phone. She even recommended a reliable and affordable towing company, which exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, I had the pleasure of meeting Josh, a friendly and knowledgeable professional who took the time to thoroughly explain all the required repairs and maintenance for my vehicle. His transparent approach and lack of pressure to upsell were greatly appreciated. Great tire shop! Best prices we found on truck tires. One of our valve stems was leaking, they told us to pull up and they fixed it within 10 minutes. Highly recommend these guys!

I was looking for a new location to get an oil change and rotation. Not only were they incredibly timely, but they looked over the rest of my car for free. They showed me proof that my air cabin filter needed replacing as well, which I’m happy they noticed. One perk about this place is that they’re open Saturdays and Sundays in addition to the weekdays, which accommodates my busy schedule. I got in and out just fine. One of the workers there, John, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to teach me about my car while I was waiting. I trusted him with my car and he did a great job with excellent customer service. I am definitely coming here again for all my car’s needs. I recommend this location.

I got my brakes replaced here and it wasn’t done correctly. Less than 3 months later and I already had to get work done on my brakes again. Mavis tried to tell me it wasn’t their fault. Now, I no longer live in a state with a Mavis so the warranty is useless and I wouldn’t trust them to do it correctly this time anyway. I spoke with the manager, Chris, about this and they were only willing to reimburse less than HALF of the hundreds of dollars I paid to fix the issue. Don’t go here, they will take advantage and not do a good job.

I always change my own oil, but ran into a problem this time. The oil drain plug was seized and I couldn’t remove it. I brought it to Mavis where Josh and Cat took care of me. They were able to get the plug removed and were willing to use the oil and filter I had already purchased for the oil change (for a reduced rate). They also rotated my tires and did an inspection brakes/suspension as a part of the oil change. A nail was found in one of my tires (it wasn’t leaking) and encouraged me to go back to where I had purchased them as opposed to pressuring me into purchasing a tire from them. All around great experience!

We were traveling and needed a tire checked. They were able to plug the tire, checked all tired for correct air pressure and put the donut back under the van. We were there less than an hour and cost less than $30! Great service, friendly staff, and great price! Thank you!
