I had one of the most unforgettable dining experiences at this Wagyu Japanese restaurant. From start to finish, everything was executed with perfection. The pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly balanced between richness and flavor, while the steak was nothing short of spectacular—juicy, buttery, and bursting with umami in every bite. It was, without question, among the very best steaks I’ve ever had. The real surprise, though, was the truffle fries. Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and infused with truffle aroma, they were simply addictive—the best I have ever tried anywhere. On top of the outstanding food, the presentation and service were equally impressive. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and the staff made sure the whole evening felt special. If you’re looking for a place where every bite is an experience, this restaurant delivers in every way. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates authentic Japanese Wagyu and unforgettable flavors.

The only downside of this place is the location, ofc from my perspective, as it is by the Hudson not anywhere directly located to a train station. We had the giant mozzarella stick, and two Wagyu burgers. In my opinion the mozzarella stick is fun but not needed. It is fried and dusted with Parmesan (the pre-grated kind I think), and the outer shell is tooo hard. It does have a wow effect with its elasticity. The burgers were Duke of Lux and We’re Jammin. You know a good burger when you have one. The pictures speak for themselves. Btw, add the egg, the jiggly eggs were divine and the layers are just purrrrrrfect. My friend also said that the truffle fries were wonderful. Crispy and truffly. Just wish they have a location near my residential area.

We recently visited King Kobe Wagyu Kitchen for their all-you-can-eat wagyu experience. The restaurant is located in a pretty rookie site, but don’t let that fool you—once you step inside, the ambiance is surprisingly nice and well put together. The servers were attentive and friendly throughout our meal, making sure we had everything we needed. We started with the wagyu, where you can actually choose your preferred level of doneness—a nice touch. The quality of the wagyu was excellent, tender, and flavorful. The all-you-can-eat deal also includes unlimited fries, truffle fries, and onion rings, which were all delicious and freshly made. We ordered five trays of wagyu in total, and every single one was consistently good. The only downsides were that the water was surprisingly expensive and that they automatically add a 20% tip to the bill, which felt a bit excessive and should have been more clearly communicated. Overall, if you’re a wagyu lover looking for a great dining experience, King Kobe Wagyu Kitchen delivers on food and service—just be prepared for the extra charges.

Welcome to Kings of Kobe! Reporting live from Wagyu heaven on Manhattan’s Westside, where Japanese & American Wagyu rule the menu. I linked up with a friend to run through this menu. Here’s what went down… Here’s what went down: Tuna Ceviche Tacos – Fresh tuna in crispy wonton shells. Light start before the beef feast. Wagyu-Yaki Skewers – Melt in your mouth flavor bombs. Quality in every bite. A5 Ribeye (8oz) – Ribeye is my favorite cut, and this one hit every note. Pure Wagyu magic. Duke of Lux Burger – Recommended by our waiter. Juicy, rich, one of the best burgers I’ve had. Filet Mignon (8oz) – Kimmy’s pick. Classic, tender, flawless. I had to steal a piece! Brownie Explosion – Warm brownie, cookie dough, ice cream. Layers on layers of dessert chaos. Kings of Kobe even run a $65 unlimited Wagyu steak & fries deal (wild right?!) plus rice bowls if you want to switch it up. The verdict? Kings of Kobe earned that crown. Whether you go steak or burger, you can’t miss!

I went to Kings of Kobe solo and got the Unlimited Steak. The food was good and the service was just as solid. No complaints about the quality of the meal. What completely ruined the experience was the automatic 20% gratuity added to my bill, even though I was dining alone. I was a solo guest, and tipping should be a gesture of gratitude, not something that’s required or forced. Adding an automatic tip for one person feels unfair and honestly a bit greedy. Even for all you can eat... Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Good food doesn’t justify that kind of policy. If you're dining solo getting an unlimited, be prepared to pay extra whether you want to or not.

Kings of Kobe was on my list for a long time. The experience was amazing. The staff was legendary. The chef came out and thanked us for coming. The food was quite frankly the best I ever had. Kings of Kobe is next to the Harbor and ten minutes walking from 42nd street

Came from out of town for a few days and decided to look for food in Hell’s Kitchen on Apple Maps, I didn’t see anything on there when I tried looking for good recommendations. I found Kings of Kobe on Google but I’m so glad we found this place. I had the Queens Rule burger and it’s the BEST burger I’ve ever had! My dad got the wagyu lunch bowl and he said it’s the best lunch bowl he’s had as well. I got the Kingdom Pom for my cocktail and it was great - the smoked rosemary, pomegranate juice and gin was not too sweet but still had good flavor. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was a lowkey but just because we went in before they got busy. The only thing I would change is making it more noticeable on Apple Maps so we would’ve found this sooner. If I come back to NYC, I’ll come here again!

Kings of Kobe specializes in high-quality Wagyu burgers and hot dogs, offering a rich, flavorful experience. The atmosphere is Casual, modern, and stylish, but can get crowded during peak hours! I'm amazed by how big their burgers are. This is my first trying out this place for burgers. The burgers were juicy and the fries crispy. Staff was very attentive and even recommended me what burgers to order. I got the Duke of Lux Burger and Queens Rule burger. This spot is great for gourmet burger lovers, but pricey for budget-conscious or classic burger fans.

I had a hard time making an appt for a large group. However, the food was very good and the service we received was very good. They even gave us free desserts. What restaurant in NYC gives free desserts. All of the good services made up for the difficulty in getting a reservation. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will mot be disappointed.
