This company used to be wonderful. It has been bought by a big company. They have terrible service. We had an appointment with them between 12 & 4. They kept telling us they were coming up until 7:00pm. They finally said they weren’t coming & could be here the next day. We had no water. We will never use them again. They’re not the same as they once were. Highly recommend not calling them, ever.

Duct cleaning: After remodeling my place, the dust in my place became a huge problem. I needed to dust every day - really! I called Jordan Air and requested duct cleaning service. First a consultant came to inspect my duct work and verified that a cleaning was justifiable. He provided me with the cost - which I appreciate knowing before the service is completed. It was rather high but the dust was worse than the cost of removing it. Two young gentlemen, David and Isaac, arrived to perform the cleaning. They explained the process and went to work - working for 6 hours!! They both were very industrious, polite, and friendly. I am very pleased with the results of the cleaning. The air quality in my house in noticeably improved. While the service was expensive, the results are well worth it. It's one of those circumstances when you say to yourself, " Why didn't I do this sooner?" I have been a customer with Jordan Air for 9 years and have been very pleased with the services they have provided for me.

Time and time again Jordan Air makes heat and A/C service so stress free! I called Jordan and spoke with Andrea - requesting service for my attic A/C unit. McKyle arrived promptly and completed the repair in no time! Always great experience with Jordan. Everything from maintenance, repairs or full system replacement. Fair, thorough and responsive. Babacar is our normal tech. Great guy, great service tech. Always offers good explanations of what he’s done or recommends. So nice to have trusted options for service.

I made an appointment with Jordan Air to have my dryer vent cleaned. I told the lady on the phone the vent came out on the roof. She asked if a ladder was needed to access the vent. I said yes and she supposedly made notes of everything I told her. The first thing the technician said was, “we don’t clean vents that terminate on the roof”. So they wasted everyones time and charged me $80 when the woman that scheduled me should’ve never sent the tech out in the first place. I will not be doing business with this company ever again and will advise everyone I know to go elsewhere for service.

Jordan Air is the best. The office staff is very helpful and schedules service calls to fit your schedule. The tech always calls to let you know when heah on the way. Carmine was my tech today. He called before, arrived on time and was very professional. I had some questions about my thermostat and he answered them and also showed me some extra things that it could do. Thanks Carmen. Jordan Air called me to remind me that I was a member of their Air Care Club and that I was due for the annual inspection of my heating system. Babs was the service technician who came to my house and he did an amazingly thorough job, inspecting the attic, basement, and outdoor units, showing and explaining to me the issues that needed attention. He spent a couple of hours at the house and was very friendly the whole time. I'm very happy that I chose Jordan Air after my previous HVAC company (Michael's) went out of business. Thanks, Babs!
