I WISHED I NEVER HAD TAKEN MY CAR TO JP AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC SHOP BAD MISTAKE I MADE 💯% ✅Mate Indeed BAD MISTAKE TAKING MY BABY HERE 😞💔...... A friend of mine referred me to here and he test drove my car the day I picked it up at this shop and he said the clutch is not changing gears right.... He told them they need to get it right..... I bought a clutch and starter Brand New but the mechanic claimed it's the wrong clutch and starter.... So he ordered them himself and gave a 30 day warranty on them Really 🤔.... It took me a while to write this review because I cried A Lot about my 2007 Mini Cooper S Turbo Manual 6 Speed Convertible when I went to pick it up..... I'm High Risk of Breast Cancer ♋🎀 and my Oncologist put me on medication for 5 years because of it, so it stresses me A Lot along with High Blood Pressure also Anxiety and Depression medication......I'm still mourning 2 years now from my Daughters Father passing 😞💔..... I'm Not looking for No One to feel sorry for me Period Amen... It's about Principals and I Want My car fixed Right.... All this happened a month after I picked my car up from JP Automotive.... I paid almost $1300 for a clutch and starter to be put in.... The clutch is not done right which 2nd opinion Firestone Verified for me... When I asked for my clutch that was taken off, I was given a clutch that was rusted and is Not for a Mini Cooper S Turbo or My Mini Cooper S Turbo 🤔 I still have the rusted clutch, my Receipt of payment that was given to me as my Proof....🫢 My Convertible Top won't let back anymore when GOD and CHRIST JESUS knows it went back all the way before taking my car here, I Do have Witnesses... He Rebuilt my shift cable from my and put back on 🤔 A red wire is in my fuse box inside my car which was Not there... A cap was taken from under my car and Not put back which made something leak and it caused my car to catch on fire, Amen the Kind Police officer 🫶🏽🥰 and Kind Fire Department 🫶🏽🥰 for putting it out quickly before it's destroyed....🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 I reached out to the Owner and left a voicemail and he has Not responded to me.... God and Christ Jesus knows No One has fixed my car since I got it from this shop September of 2024..... It's Still sitting since October of 2024......... I am Very Sad, Hurt, Applaud and Flabbergasted At The Same Time, & Disappointed about this & Taken Advantage of 😞💔 I'm Telling The Truth The Whole Truth So Help Me God... I Pray The HEAVENLY FATHER'S send me to a Mechanic to fix my Baby🙏🏽🙏🏽 .... 🙏🏽🙏🏽 Lesson Learned ✅Mate Indeed on this situation‼️💯

If you're BLACK or FEMALE steer clear of this predatory business. Absolutely horrible of a company and will not fix the true problem. They prey on the poor and uninformed and will charge $500 for a water pump replacement. They are unethical and will get over anyone they can. Plus the handwrite the pricing which tells you they make up pricing on the fly. STAY AWAY!!!

Fair prices, amazing work won't take my car no place else, , always done in a timely matter, respectful, kind, J.P really knows what he's doing when it comes to fixing a car. I would highly recommend this business to anyone especially to women because he doesn't take advantage of is like most places do. Most places think just because we women that we are stupid so they try to over charge & we don't know anything about a vehicle, J.P isn't like that. He actually explains in detail what's going on with the vehicle, what it's going to take to repair it, & the cost of everything in detail to where you can understand. No sneaky business with him.

I recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango and started having issues with it a week ago. I was referred to Mr. JP by another good mechanic and I was amazed at the quality and time of work Mr. JP did. He had my truck diagnosed and fixed in less than 2 hours. He is very professional and efficient and the cost of my repair was very convenient and fair priced compared to what estimates I was given before. I will do business again in the future.

JP change the rear end in my truck and the transmission in a one-day turnaround. Best mechanic around ever had the privilege of meeting will never take my vehicle anywhere else. Also, definitely the cheapest and most honest work. I have ever had done

Horrible Horrible Horrible.!!! I went there for spark plugs and coil change and ended up replacing my ECM due to the fact his mechanic caused an arch and ruined my computer. Didn’t even tell me that he left 2 coils unplugged and vacuum lines missing. I brought back so the owner can look at what a horrible job was done and the busted intake that was also created by his mechanics n I had to buy a new one for 220.00. I left the old intake hose with him so he can inspect it and they stole the 5 inch clamps that came with. I will be seeing him in court. Change of spark plugs n coils cost me a new ECM in the range of 3100.00 I wouldn’t bring a skateboard to JP’s. Immigration will be paying you guys a visit as well.

I had my car towed to JP’s shop. Went to the shop first thing Monday morning, explain everything that was going on with my car, within 30mins, I had a diagnosis, and within two hours my car was repaired. The price was fair and the work was great. Will be going back to have more work done on my car. Thanks JP
