Exceptional service!! Brought in our used outback for routine maintenance (purchased at a different dealership) and we were informed we had a major transmission issue. Our rep kept us informed of every update and I really felt as if he and Subaru were making the effort to make everything right. The warranty was extended to cover the repairs and we were really pleased with how well they communicated to us on the progress. Subaru definitely turned what could have been a really disappointing and expensive experience into one that will have us buying Subaru again!

The service manager and entire team were all extremely attentive and kind when my Subaru had to be towed there. The service manager kept calling to check on me while I was waiting for the tow truck and when I arrived with the car they immediately checked it out to determine how quickly the could address the issue. I’d most highly recommend this service department to anyone in the Athens area.

My first Subaru was a certified used Outback and I enjoyed three years of carefree driving with it. Recently I made the decision to upgrade while the trade-in value was high and the interest rates were good and went straight back to Richard Williams at Hughes Subaru for a great deal on on brand new model. You can always trust Hughes with fair pricing and A+ customer service. I give them the highest ratings and recommend them completely.

I only give it 4 stars because this is the 2nd time I have had to wait over 2 hrs for an oil change. The service people, however, are so friendly and accommodating and the pastry catering so delicious that it makes up for the delay. The last time it was because of computers being down. Something beyond their control.

It has always been easy to schedule a service, the wait time inside during the servicing is usually no more than 1 hour, the staff is very welcoming and educated, and refreshments are offered at no charge. I had a very frustrating experience trying to determine the cost of a repair. The dealership provided misleading information, claiming they could not honor their own online price or a price from another dealership. This situation required intervention from the Service Manager, who, after a week, was finally able to get our pricing resolved.
