My elderly mother and I recently travelled with Grizzly Rides from the Atlanta airport to Athens (return trip). There was excellent communication with Angela before the trip, convenient pick-up, and the drives with Wesley were lovely (with very interesting conversations). He was very helpful, even setting up a step stool which made it easier for Mum to get in and out. The car is spotless, and very comfortable. I highly recommend their services.

Making the arrangements was easy. Angela was very responsive and accommodating. Grizzly arrived on time today, a beautifully clean Suburban, cold bottled water and an excellent driver. He’ll meet ud next week at the airport at 11:30 pm. Highly recommend.

Wesley picked us up at a very early hour for transport to the airport and met us when we returned days later. The car was spacious and super clean. Wesley provided cold water, mints, and asked our temperature and music preferences. He was a safe, effective driver and exceptional conversationalist. I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Grizzly Rides. Having to drive to the Atlanta airport, find parking and hoping you make your flight is high on my list of nightmares and I've always done it myself in the past, but this time I decided to go with Grizzly and I seriously will never choose another way to go to the airport! The vehicle is impeccable and fit myself, my husband, my MIL, and two kiddos and all our luggage. It was so clean and comfortable. Wesley is super nice and let us babble on about our trip to him. I also felt completely safe in the crazy Atlanta traffic with Wesley driving and if you've ever traveld to the ATL airport, that's a feat. I also had a great experience with booking our ride. We even had a flight change (due to the airline, not ourselves) and Angela was still able to make things work for our transport and gave us clear updates via email and being an orgazized person, I really appreciated this. I highly recommend Grizzly Rides and just hope there is an open spot in the schedule for us the next time we need a ride.
