This is not my experience but I go to the convenience store that the Greyhound comes to. I think they need to do better, the people who ride the Greyhound have to stand outside to catch the bus,no matter the weather! There is no where for them to sit. They don't want them to stay in the store. It's sad when people want you to spend your money but they don't give you what you need. I hope someone see this and do something about this.

Once again I had a trip to take And I see that there's been no improvement to any of the problem this place has. Employees are always rude. Example, I waited in line to get change finally got to the lady cashier and ask for change for a $5 and without checking her cash drawer saying no I don't have any and walked away. I noticed that every employee including security was so hateful to customers. And wouldn't you know it I had the same driver as before and she also had a smart mouth. It's just a terrible time at the greyhound. Wish you luck

Greyhound, greyhound, Greyhound oh boy I took a bus from Atlanta to Columbia South Carolina for the holiday. No problem, no issues. But on the way back, bus 388 from Columbia South Carolina to Atlanta schedule to leave Columbia South Carolina at 3:45 arriving in Atlanta at 8:35 not Saturday night. Got on the bus in Columbia South Carolina on schedule, got almost 7 miles from Augusta Georgia and had to turn around a bus of at least 40 50 people because three people missed the bus. Greyhound? Since when do you turn a Bus full of people around to get three people that missed the bus. I know I thought suppose that was you.? It would never happen. FIRST I try always to be where I have to be as far as a airplane, or a bus, or train at least 1&1/2 - 2hours early. #2 Greyhound makes the announcement of the bus over, and over, and over, They tell you bus number 123 headed to Atlanta making stops in Augusta, Aiken, blah blah blah. We went back, and when we got back to Columbia these people, and their luggage was not outside. WE had to sit on the bus for another 15 to 20 minutes and wait for them to get on the bus. The bus that was SUPPOSED to arrive at 8:35 Arrived at 11:15 pm Greyhound what exactly is your policy for people that miss the bus? Especially since 25 mins after we arrived? The 8pm bus arrived in ATLANTA. So they couldn't have gotten on a later bus???

The worst experience I've ever had with Greyhound bus. The terminals or got awful except for the one Mobile Alabama. Out of three transfers two of them were canceled out. Which extended my trip by nearly 20 hours and the last part of my trip I actually took a cab from Mobile Alabama back to Pensacola Florida because that bus also canceled out and I did not feel like waiting another 8 hours for the next bus. So basically it cost me more to take Greyhound than what it would have if I just simply booked a flight home.

Greyhound either needs to update the hours of operation for this location online or ensure someone is there to attend to customers during the hours advertised. I drove over an hour, got there at 8:30am only to be told by the gas station attendant that the agent would not be there until 2pm. Forget calling as the phone just rings! We all know COVID has caused everyone to make adjustments but this is rediculos. This used to be a reputed company, what happened?

Very unprofessional I paid for my ticket and never made it on my bus. Security threatened to put people out for asking questions to the ticket agents and threatened to pull his gun on two different customers. After finding out that I was over booked and wouldn't be able to ride the bus I paid for I left because of fear to ask questions about what I could do.

My family was traveling from New Orleans to Atlanta. Greyhound overbooked and we were held up in Mobile, AL only to be told that in order to get to Atlanta we had to ride the bus by way of Florida. We are now stuck in Tallahassee and just found out that there will not be a bus going to Atlanta til tomorrow at 5:45 pm. I left New Orleans at 9 pm on Thursday and my ride was supposed to be 9hrs. arriving in Atlanta at 7:25 am. Friday morning. I will never see the inside of another Greyhound bus. I am in the middle of nowhere trying to feed my family and keep them safe. I didn’t not prepare to be on a bus for 2 days. If anyone reads this, book Megabus!!!

What the hell kind of place is this, why make people stand in line if the bus will take over an hour to get ready. This was my first time to Atlanta, just terrible all the water was sold out it was crowded it was hot people packed in like sardines waiting on buses for an hour.
