I used Greenscapes in our previous lawn and it took about a year to get weed-free, but they did it! We hired them for our new yard and of course there were new kinds of weeds at our new house, but when the weeds didn't disappear after a year, a specialist came out and talked to me about these unique problems and a plan going forward. He came 2 weeks later to follow up and check on the status, and gave me personalized recommendations for our new sod. I really appreciated the care and concern and highly recommend!

After Greenscapes sprayed my shrubs the plants withered and leaves dropped. I had a horticulturists come look. They said it appeared to be chemical burn. Greenscapes refunded my money but never apologized or admitted any wrongdoing. I am left with damaged plants that may or may not recover!

UPDATE 2022: I’ve had greenscapes aerate and top dress my lawn twice now. You can’t beat their price and quality of service and materials. They use a 90/10 PGA certified sand/peat mix to top dress. It’s screened so there no twigs or pebbles in it and it’s weed free. I’ve had zero issues with weeds after both services. They’re fast too. Other companies will charge you more and use inferior material. Just do yourself a favor and use these guys. They’re the best. 2020: They did a great job topdressing and aerating my lawn.

I would love to give this company zero stars. The service is absolutely awful and the charge for re-treatment. Please be sure to look at my photo. I had to call these guys over and over about weeds. The owner came out but never said sorry or anything to try and keep my account. To add insult to injury. He left a bill attached to my mailbox. THEY ARE FIRED AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR EVER USE THEIR SERVICE EVER AGAIN!

Tuesday (2/23/31) I had Greenscape come out to give me an estimate on having my lawn topdressed. I asked Sharon Hall to let me know when the employee would be coming by sincey.wife.would be home alone. I also if the employee could call me when giving the estimate so I could ask a few questions. Neither happened! Greenscape showed up unannounced and left the estimate. Later that day when I emailed Sharon Hall about this all she had to say was that Greenscape was fully booked for the ENTIRE YEAR when it comes to topdressing. I do not recommend this company.

It is impossible to reach customer service! My yard looks much worse as well. In addition I have been paying for red ant treatments and I have noticed several ant hills as well. I don't live at this property full time so question if they even come at ALL! Very diasppointed and it was a big waste of money. I will be canceling their service today.

Terrible.... My yard looks worse than the yards in my neighborhood that don't have a service or fertilize their own. Truly a waste of money for the past year! Would not recommend them!
