Started using this amazing veterinary practice when I needed advice about one of our dogs (approx 20 yrs ago) They didn’t hesitate to help me and went above and beyond for us. Since then, they have been part of our family and have been there to provide excellent, compassionate care for all of our dogs. Two that are no longer with us (no doubt hanging out with Dr Kucher now) and two that are now 4 and 5 yrs old. I highly recommend Good Hands. I have piece of mind knowing they will always be there for not only our pets but for us…their human owners.

Everyone from the receptionist to the vet technician to the veterinarian herself were great! Very warm welcoming, knowledgeable & kind. I even got a phone call 24 hours later checking in to see how my animals were doing post-visit. Happy to have found Good Hands VH and will be here for the long foreseeable future.

They are so welcoming from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. My pup always has a smile on his face. Even when they took him back by himself I knew he was in great hands. Staff is very nice and took great care of him.

I honestly don't know how I haven't left them a review sooner. I have been coming here for several years with my Shepherds and I cannot say enough great things about them. I don't have a single favorite vet because each one (past and present) are all wonderful! (Needless to say their vet techs, and staffing are all great as well) It seems like they have a very good office culture between staff here. (As an outsider looking in) They have put up with my detail oriented, over aware of every little change in my dogs, and very patiently helped me A. Get to the bottom of changes or B. Found exam results to reassure me there is no greater health issue. I especially appreciate their willingness to work with me on how I train/handle my dogs to act under vet care! Be kind and explain any concerns/ways you want to try handling a situation and they will match your care 10x over. I also appreciate their willingness to listen to my less than traditional feeding (as long as it is nutritionally appropriate) of my dogs and do not immediately jump to use over the top treatments when unnecessary for conditions. They've been there for all of my dogs I've owned as an adult, and provided the most comfortable environment outside for when we had to put our old man Tyler down a few years ago. I am incredibly sad to leave the state and wish I could take the whole office with me!

Good hands is the best vets I've ever been to. They are patient with my dog creed, he get nervous at the vet. They were helpful and supportive when my older dog Chloe was having health issues. They really care about the animals that are brought into good hands.

I have lived all over the country and been to many vets. Good Hands is, by far, the best vet I have ever worked with. Each of their physicians and their entire staff is so knowledgeable. And KIND. They always say that as the pet owner, we know our dogs better than they do. And when we believe something is wrong, they listen to that. They are truly the best and I recommend them to everyone!

Always a pleasant experience at Good Hands! Staff is extremely nice and caring not only about your pet but about you. A few times my dog has had non-routine 'sick' visits and they always call and check on my dog several times after going home. Love this place!
