I cannot express how happy I am with Steven & his employees. I called to get an estimate, expecting to have to wait a while for someone to come out. Steven came out right away! Had the estimate within 24 hours & work done within 3 weeks! We needed a chimney cricket added to our roof & knew it would be expensive. It was surprisingly more affordable than we thought it was going to be. 10/10 would recommend Georgia Best Roofing & Renovations. We will also reach out to him for any future work that we need done. I should have asked them to take a picture for me when they were done, mine do not do it justice.

After Hurricane Helene GB was in town handing out business cards and offering to tarp roofs in completely non-pushy way. I took a look at their website and reviews and decided they were a viable choice. I tried contacting a couple other roofing companies I knew from the area who ended up being booked too far out, so I called GB and they had it tarped in a matter of days. They dealt with the insurance claim and got the payments issued that we needed to cover the roof. They also coordinated our siding and shutter replacements. Everything looks great and they made the process smooth. The owner Steven was awesome to work with; super professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Always responsive and communicative, and was patient with the very drawn-out process of post-hurricane insurance claims. Will be my first recommendation to anyone needing any of the services they offer.

Dealing with your insurance company can be a real pain. I have to give Georgia Best Roofing a 10+ in customer service and professionalism. Keith is the guy to talk to if you need someone to go to bat for you. My insurance did not want to replace my roof. I am thankful for Keith and his knowledge that resulted in my roof being replaced from storm damage. Keith kept me posted on everything from start to finish. The crew was great too.
