After calling a few other local electricians and getting lackluster feedback and desire to take my business, I was delighted to immediately get a professional response from the owner, who took the time to listen to my needs and consult via text/photos to diagnose and design solutions (he didn’t want me to waste time/money on service call if what I wanted wasn’t doable). I was given a fixed date for the job and a quote with no hidden fees, and they actually moved up the job and completed two days prior to original scheduled date. The service technicians (Ben and Malacai) texted when they were en route, were right on time, and were ultra professional and courteous, while demonstrating and deep knowledge of their profession and experiences. I HIGHLY recommend going with this company for any electrical needs. I’ve stored their number and won’t be hesitating to reach out with any future needs.

Garrett electric was the third company I contacted to install a transfer switch/outlet for my portable generator hook up after the first two companies I called kept cancelling on me. I called at 4pm and they came out that day to give me an estimate and installed it a few days later. Electrician Ben was very thorough yet easy going in explaining things. They were on time and responsive from start to finish. Will use again in the future

Brian of Garrett Electrical was absolutely wonderful to work with. From my first call to him thru the day of repair, Brian was exceptionally responsive, professional n knowledgeable. I gave him a brief synopsis of my issue, ceiling fan light flickering on n off; he provided his thoughts on the issue n his best recommendation, which was to just replace a 13+ ceiling fan. He arrived before the scheduled time, assess the issue even though we spoke about it, which I was really impress with. He provided expedient n great service. He even ensure my fire alarm was working properly without asking, goes to his policy of being safety conscious on all jobs. I definitely recommend Garrett Electrical, top notch professional Electricians!!!

I couldn't say enough positive things about their company. I had the pleasure of working with Brian last night for a few hours. He was responsive, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to show me, as well as teach me how he was resolving our issues. His work was neat, organized and well thought out. He stayed past normal hours to finish and was not comfortable leaving until the work was completed to his standards. He even turned around after he left to come back and check on something. I called Garrett electrical when my other appointment never showed. I had a 2 day window to get something set up for another install. JR answered, asked me a couple questions regarding my current setup and was there the next morning and had everything taken care of. Amazing service! Even added a little extra cover plate for me for my water heater so I didn't have to buy one. They went above and beyond in time to complete, quality, and competitive pricing.
