I made an appointment with Fraser Roofing. I wasn't familiar with this company. After scheduling I got a text/video from Anthony Castillo. He introduced himself and gave me details of my upcoming appointment. I have never experienced that with any contractor ever and I can say I was extremely pleased. Anthony was very knowledgeable and made me feel very confident that Fraser would do everything possible to get my roof replaced. This has been a long journey for me. We recently had some roof repairs done by Fraser and they did a top-notch job. Jacob Fuchs, the sales rep, went up on the roof and did a thorough inspection. He identified exactly what needed to be done - no more, and no less. Our house was built in 1949 and the roof was replaced in 2018, but it still has 1x6 boards instead of plywood sheet underlayment, and some were rotting. Jacob identified the places where new decking would be needed to ensure the integrity of the repairs. The work was performed promptly and everything was cleaned up before the crew departed. They were also able and willing to use some shingles that I had left over from when the full roof was installed, so the repairs will match very well (after a bit of aging).

He took the time to explain carefully everything that needed to be done and how improvements on a replacement roof would protect our home in the future.
