FedEx Driver didn't want to drive to Hartwell so they changed it to hold at facility. Package contained my Cancer medication. Box has both Rush and temperature controlled on it. Needed it for the next day. Never arrived on time.

Always an issue with my deliveries and length of time they stay at the Athens distribution center (4-5 days) only to find my order was delivered with a new box and new label with only 1 out of 3 of my items are in the order. Fed ex is terrible. Can never get anyone on the phone only to tell me it’s not their issue. Every order I cringe when I know I’m placing an order and it says shipped by fed ex. Someone should investigate its happening way too much.

This is the 2nd time FedEx was supposed to deliver to my house. The 1st, the driver was supposed to arrive between 1-3pm but did not show up until 9:30pm saying he couldn’t find the package on the truck. This time, I had a package scheduled to arrive yesterday (12/15) by 3pm, then changed to end of day. It is now well after midnight (12/16) and the tracking still shows out for delivery and no update. It has been on the truck since 3am yesterday. I try to avoid FedEx at all costs, but this shipper only uses them. Their service is horrible and to be such a large company, they only seem to get worse by the year.

It will not let me leave zero stars customer services sucks they literally talk circles like robots. Spoke to 3 different people and none of them were any help at all and everyone of them lied. And God forbid you have them put a claim ticket and ask them to please give you a call yeah wait for that phone call because it's never going to come overall I will never order off line again if I know fedex it going to be bringing it

Fed Ex on Olympic Dr gives extremely poor service to Franklin County as a whole. None deliveries, late deliveries. Deliveries to wrong locations. Surprised your drivers know how to get to work every day, surprised Companies still use you. If you don't want to deliver to Franklin County at least make the packages available for pick up on the weekend. And teach your employees not to lie that a business is closed, when it's a house. If they don't want to walk the package in, say so..... but lying is never a good thing.

Had delivery from FedEx freight.... The driver was stuck in traffic and running late and dispatch asked if they could just bring it the next day. I agreed. They delivered the next day (late but ok) and then a week later billed me $150 extra for a "redelivery fee." So basically they charged us for doing them a favor. It took a lot of wrangling to get them to drop it. The drivers have always been good but management and billing are a major problem.

Your driver needs training. Laura McWhorter has not been helpful. She left a voicemail with a whole lie on it, I'm sure to cover her driver, despite VIDEO evidence of the way my package was handled. Zero integrity. She has not returned calls in response to the voicemail. When FedEx finds themselves paying out a class action suit perhaps they will decide to employ better humans.

Have been waiting for a shipment of tires for 3 days as it keeps updating the delivery time, at the same time the app states my shipment is on the truck. I'm loosing money every day until they arrive. I will be using UPS or USPS for now on.

Fed ex uses contractors who could care less, and fail to follow simple delivery instructions. All is says is leave packages at the front door, simple, and they ALWAYS leave them at the basement garage, causing many things to get rained one. I asked a driver what I can do to make delivery instructions more clear? since I heard her handset read to her leave at front door as she was kicking my package to the end of the truck at my basement. I was met with an eye roll immediately, which caused unnecessary tension and me to get snappy with her. I'll admit I did get attitude after her starting with it but the instructions are so simple.

I had an issue with a shipment and had to call this location to figure out what was going on. Let me tell you this is not only the best experience I’ve ever had with fed ex but probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I dealt with a young lady name Zy. Whoever see this this woman needs a raise. She was polite and punctual. She was friendly to talk to and went to extreme measures trying to find Out what happened to my package and got it figured out. I’ve never quite experienced customer service like this and it made it wonderful. Her boss needs to pay this woman a bonus or something. She needs to be the voice and face of this fed ex location. Or needs to be the boss. Absolutely phenominal. Thank you again Zy and fed ex.
