This venue and meal was an absolute delight! We were treated so well from the moment we walked through the door. The service was impeccable! Kudos to our very seasoned server (I can’t remember his name but he said he’s been there over 30 years) provided plenty of information to the inquiries we had. And he was so emphatic. Just an absolute delight! And then the meal! Wow oh wow. Do me a favour and get the bacon platter. It was phenomenal! Shout out to the crew in the back for this magical plate. It was so satisfying in texture and then the sweet and salty it was just so remarkably good right through the end. We did get a ribeye tomahawk to share with their whipped mashed potatoes. It was a perfect combination. Great texture and cooked beautifully. My husband and I were so impressed and cannot wait to go back. Thank you for your remarkable food and service!

My wife and I were vacationing in New York for her birthday and decided on DK for her birthday dinner. We were greeted at the door by Dennis who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We had drinks that were perfect (white wine for her and an Old Fashioned for me). Warm bread and butter was served. We ordered shrimp cocktail for our appetizer. The shrimp were jumbo! and perfectly done. Next we had a wedge salad, which was huge! Our waiter (forgive me, forgot his name) suggested it be served chopped which was wonderful! By the way, table service was excellent! When one course was complete, the table was cleared immediately for the next course. Next, the entree. My wife ordered the salmon with sautéed baby spinach. Perfect. I ordered the Filet Mignon medium rare. I would guess the steak was at least 10oz. and maybe more. Perfectly done and very tender! It was accompanied by cheesy potatoes which I couldn’t finish (focused on that beef)! After dinner, we ordered a slice of New York cheesecake to share, and these guys did it up right! Decorated the plate and included a candle and sang Happy Birthday and the whole dining room joined in! A perfect ending to a perfect evening. A first class operation that we look forward to visiting again on our next trip to New York. We’ll done DK!

This spot creates dishes that make you stop and notice. They serve wonderful dishes that are fairly priced. The team members were exceptionally warm, refilling drinks promptly and checking that everything met our expectations. DK Restaurant NYC didn't match the hype I read about. I had a nice time at this spot.

This is really nice place, wasn’t as booked as I thought it would be on Valentine’s Day. We ordered steak Caesar Salad, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and 2 margaritas. The steak was pretty good, however the Caesar salad had fish on top on the salad? Which I’ve never seen before in my life. Do not get the Mac and cheese because it is no where close to that. They served us a play of dry noodles with burnt cheese on top. However the server took it off the check for us. Other than that it was a bit pricey too.

This restaurant is located in proximity to my office. On several occasions I have had lunch there and have brought numerous colleagues with me because as I used to believe the service and price value were within reason given the quality. Unfortunately I can no longer say or do the same. I visited the restaurant for lunch yesterday as they reopened after their well deserved break. No need to look at menu I ordered my usual meal , seed salad with steak, which was outstanding , no complaints there. When I received my check my lunch had been rung up as “ open” and wasn’t the usual price. It had gone up in price over 15.00 - that’s a 60% price increase. When I inquired unfortunately I didn’t understand what the server had said and decided I would ask the next day. When I returned to ask the front end manager or owner , I am not sure- his reply was “we just re-opened”. And I thought so what? You knew you had plans for a significant price increase and you wouldn’t alert your customers, especially regulars who work in the neighborhood. This manager proceeded to stare at his phone which seemed to be more important than any type of resolution, respectful response or effort in customer satisfaction. The food is good if you are ready for a glass of water with steak salad and bread for 43.00 plus tip. Which I must admit I don’t typically spend close to 50.00 for lunch. What a disappointment especially the front manager.

Friendly and attentive staff, got us in on short notice before a MSG concert. Food was great, especially the scallop and risotto starter. Fine dining feel for a very reasonable price in Midtown.

We love DK's. Our food was excellent. My filet Mignon was cooked a perfect medium rare.My husband's short ribs were delicious. The charcuterie board was great and the dessert was amazing. Our server was Oscar and he's the best server out there.

We walked in 9 deep looking like a retired rap group with no reservations and they made room. Treated us with the utmost respect, the service was great and th food was top tier. The restaurant Host is the coolest guy I’ve ever met other than myself. The server was very knowledgeable about the specials and also the sauces and how they paired with the dishes. My uncle felt the seafood dish was a bit strong he had shrimp and pasta, I think it may have been the clam juice that he couldn’t stand. He added ketchup and ate some of it, excuse the country folk sometimes but we still enjoyed and had a blast. Everyone had Ribeye steaks and Mash with peppercorn sauce topped with crispy onions and asparagus.
