***EDITED BECAUSE I DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO RESPOND TO YOUR RESPONSE*** The only reason I bring it up now was because right after this incident happened my daughter was killed while working in Germany. She was a single mother of two and I had to go to Germany to handle the funeral, pack up her things, and retain custody of my granddaughters so I could bring them back to the U.S. I saw a critter control vehicle in my neighborhood and it reminded me of my experience and that I still needed to write the review so I did. That’s why it took me so long. Otherwise I would have written it sooner for you. Better late than never but I think my reasoning is pretty fair. Unfortunately about four or five months ago I had to find another place to call to get rid of the vermin in my attic and to set traps so they wouldn’t come back because one of guys named Tyler that came out wanted to charge me more than I could afford so I told him I would have to pass. Then he told me he could always come back on the weekend or after work in the evening and do it himself for cheaper on his own time and that he does it all the time for a lot of his customers to save them money. Maybe I’m too old school but if you have people working for you that are stealing business from you like that then they can’t be trusted which makes me question the business owners judgement as well. So I ended up going with a different company and had to pay more but at least their people aren’t stealing customers behind their backs. So I guess you get what you pay for. He also kept staring at my granddaughter the whole time he was here too which was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.

from my first conversation with Matt, he asked question to determine the facts behind my call and discussed some things i could check prior to his coming out to ‘take care of’ the varmints I thought might be ‘trespassing ‘ my yard. I'm very pleased with their service. Tyler came out, inspected my house thoroughly, and afterward didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services. Finding such an honest company is rare. He explained to me what was going on and then answered all my questions. It just doesn't get any better than that. I highly recommend them!
