Mike was incredible! I called early on a Saturday morning, and he answered on the first ring. He showed up just 15 minutes later, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time. I own Scooter’s Coffee in Winder, GA, and he not only got us back up and running but also gave me great advice on my ice machine and other equipment. He was professional, knowledgeable, and even took the time to explain how I could prevent the issue from happening again. Michael at Comfort Tech came out to our home at 8:00 pm to find out why our air conditioning unit had cut off and fix it. He found the problem quickly, explained the problem clearly to us, and got it resolved. I was impressed. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He gave me some tips to reduce humidity in my home as well.

Mike and his son came out the same day I called with an emergency. Completed the job with wonderful customer service, cleaned up and was less expensive than the work I had done last year from my regular AC people who could see me for two days.
